Oh wow, this makes me think back when I was a young young kid in the mid-80's!!! I remember these type of books with the cassette and headphones!!! Of course the movie is a boyhood dream of mine and 80's legacy!!! I Love The Last Starfighter what a great film!!!

Anyone know the name of this narrator? He makes me want to quit my job and go to narrator-school. If American Narrator was a reality competition show, this guy would win it. He's awesome.

I had never heard this one before. Very good voice acting from the actors. Centauri and Alex's soundalike are very good, especially Centauri. What cracks me up is how the background music was used in almost all the movie read alongs. Talk about saving money.

Uh, wow...now this takes me back! Man, the last time I heard the 'Turn the Page' sound effects was from the Gremlins (sp?) book/movie.

That was back when the Cold War was still on, [Al-Qaeda wasn't fully developed yet], Reagan was Commander in Cheif, and movies like ET, Star Wars, KRULL, The Wraith, Red Dawn, Indiana Jones and others were around.
