@smalls211000 In general, to maximize muscle mass, do about 6-8 reps with high weight. For more "endurance" type muscles (like abs, for instance), where you're looking more to tone than to build, do 12-15 reps with low weight.
What i love about your videos is that they are FREE! Any other guy who knows a lot about strength training etc. would takes tons on money to get "the worlds best workout program/diet". Sometimes I don't understand pecs....I'm 5'7 and weigh 150 lb...and my pecs are significantly smaller than his...but im only 15lb's behind him on dumbell bench. I can do 85's 10 times not just 8. I'll probably be at 100's by the end of the month but my pecs are SMALL, they are there but damn. You'd think this guy was putting up like 140's on dumbells.

@MrSandiBottom Yeh that's the whole point in working out! everyone has a different body that responds to different training and when most people say heavy weight they mean like 3-6 reps but it is important to change you workout's every now and then to shock your body, videos like this are just to help give you ideas and try out new things its your body and you have to find out how it works weights/diet and cardio.
I see a lot of people saying negative things about his workouts,but I've been trying them. They work great, and I'm already way stronger in my chest from just two weeks of this work out.
Your obviously doing something right by looking at your body :L the exercises look good on your video, but reading some of the comments i'm not sure who to believe? @GingerDaveM it works differently for everyone....some people respond better to certain excercises/workouts than others but a good thing is to change up your order and excercises themselves every so often to keep an added new stress on your body

@SuperEmmit definition is due to diet, and has almost nothing to do with your training regime. also i can guarantee that you're atleast 14% body fat and can't see abs without tensing.
