I used to do Nightclub security for 3 years, and I can safely say that 99.9% (always there are exceptions) of Indian guards are absolutely useless.

To worst part is not that they are the size of little children or just plain gutless its when something happens and they dont jump in, their excuse is they shouldnt have to work in these conditions, no point fighting etc
