  • How much time would it take to see a considerable difference in strength doing these workouts. I am a bit of an exercise enthusiast myself, I learned to do the majority of the things you did in this video on my own, but you did show me a few new things I've never done. Unfortunately I had some kind of medical problem and had to stop working out, I was at 150 pounds and now I'm back to 120 pounds, back to square one basically. I would like to get my muscle back, any good advice?

  • Must have taken you ages to develop such tremendous stamina, Blake ... very inspiring!

  • Thors human reincarnation showing off while training his mortal body ahahaha

  • 4:24- 4:30 lol!! d dude in the background :P

  • wow thats cool, I´ve never seen push ups like that before. my new goal is to be able to do the .... roll push-ups, thats super cool!

  • I could do that if I had the cheer squad this guy does. i love the "oh...oh...oh...oh..arrrgggghhhh... how u did that?".

oh and btw, good workout there mate. keep it up.

  • hmm the excercices ur doing are not so tough but i guess with enough reps it will get the job done!

  • it looks like u want to impress those kids. but good working out

  • Those kids need to shut up.

  • the kids in the background are too cute! lol

  • little kid- "i can do everything he can do"

other kid- "you can't know everything"

little kid- "...i do". lmao priceless

  • Good work outs dude, a little more control is needed though; but i guess that will come with time.

    Good going though man..

Hey i have to ask... Have you ever dropped and buckled in front of any of them kids mums lmao .

I would laugh my ass off!!

  • Honestly,.... good work pal,.!!! Human body has these mysterious ways to trigger its hormone production. In spite of apprently dissorder, I'm so sure this motivational boost works. Congrats!!!

  • nice trainning!

  • use the brakes !

  • hey blake, I have juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. what workout do you recommend?

  • great way to make this world a better world

  • It doesn't matter if it hurts your wrists, its supposed to, its how you do closed grip push ups, works inner chest and tri ceps.

  • what a stupid stupid coment. in no way is it suppossed to hurt your wrist. thats why you should do it with knuckles or finger tips or holging a bar.

  • ....that's gonna kill your wrists....

  • gud way to impress kids..

    i will try tht too

  • lol there is a kid that says i can do anything he can do! lol

  • haha 1:54* Wisdom!

  • insane lol.

  • hahaha omg how was he not arrested!?!? and the guy in the background again

    genius

  • monkey style :)

  • i likes to eat children

  • divebomber pushups shouldn't slide.

  • your results are hard to argue with but it seems like you push yourself too far because so far into one set you seem to start sacrificing proper form just too squeeze out a couple of more reps.

  • Brabo!

    you are just cool.

  • HOW YOU DO DAT lol

  • your children are barefaced liars! saying that they can do everything you can do.

  • those arent his kids....

  • the kids in the background are jokes. Thats a real ghetto lol!!!

  • Lol, i'm not so sure.

Not one of them ran off with the camera lol!

  • Hi im 15, and i dont know what to do to get my arms bigger- mainly my triceps, i hav a cut body, an 8 pack and very fit can u plz help me thnxs

  • dude justget some heavy weights, maybe 10lbs over your usual lift and raise your arms to shoulder height horizontally, with arms fully outstretched.

  • since its been 9 months - hows it going with your training?

for mass you need weights heavy enough to exhaust you after 5-10 reps, you can do a second set the same day but on the other hand if you feel you could do that without hurting yourself you can also add weight instead. fast but controlled movements are best in my opinion.

  • mass is for pussys. Its all about altheticism. Whether you can move fast or have the strength of a monkey and hang for hours. Weights weren't used back in the day to get strong and they aren't needed now.

  • dude, this guy isn't trying to be a body builder, they are all bodyweight excercises. This guy is trying to attain perfect fitness, not huge muscles.

  • i was replying to le0n1dis who in fact did want to get huge :-)

    he never answered though.

    no problem btw.

  • this skinny guy needs to do some weight trainning real bad... hey then you be strong enough to do some one handed chin ups to

  • A few questions 4 U Blake (nice vid btw), how can I balance a work out such as yours with the work out of a sport? I practice, as the name induces, kyokushin but I train everyday a lot, so if I do such a work out progam I imagine to end up doing both things mediocre cuz of muscular fatigue.

I'm 6 feet high and wight 74 kg.(about 163 pounds). I want to increase 5 or 6 kg. in muscular mass, any advice on how much and daytime on wich I should eat proteins?(I train about 5 hours in the afternoon).

  • Hey Blake. I was wondering how i can train for those explosive pull ups you do. I can do them with push ups clapping hitting chest etc. How should I train for the explosive pull ups though? Please respond.

  • Hey bro, when you pullup just pull as hard as you can try and put yourself over the bar not just your chin. slowly but surely you'll notice your head above the bar, then your chest, and then your belly button, lol. Also some wieght pinched between feet or vest, or belt, then drop the wieght, and a lot alike a donut on a bat youll fly farther. pull for the sky like you push for the sky in the pushups, give it all, breathe and pull. gl best regards blake

  • Thanks. I can actually do weighted pull ups(under hand grip). My max is 55 lbs for 1 rep. I'm getting better. Hope to nail them soon.

  • Very impressive! I am inspired.

  • For the kids!

  • Very inspiring Blake I also love that great vibe and good mood you have you look like your really enjoying your self. love it

  • Mate your a true Spartan.

  • I love the kids -- "ahhh ahhh ohhh" just like in the "52 Training" videos, hahaahha.

  • loved your video bro. rated 5 stars. I loved the barrel roll push up, but it looked kind of painful

  • wow

  • haha my names blake and my best freinds name is lee and by the way ur a beast and i loved the kids comments in the background

  • BTW I meant no offence, in fact i have never performed any simmetrical muscle ups on bars, I just recently learned how to do it on rings, and I can tell you it is hard as hell...peviously i was doing assimetrical muscle ups on rings, until I got injured. Then it took me several months to be recovered...

  • Your right, I've gotten stronger since then and can launch both arms over. You have to be careful not to over extend that shoulder if you do one at a time. I don't hesitate to bail out and just go back to the ground if i feel the arm over extending. no offence taken keep up the good work and its great to discuss things like this. As you can hear lots of young people watch and its good for them to know what may cuase injury and why. thanks best regard blake adams

  • Nice training, but you could do it even better!

You should do the muscle-ups simmetrically. (i.e. not first with your left arm and after your right but with both at the very same time) it is more difficult, safer for the shoulders and looks better.

  • hi i hould like you to give me some alimentation tipa because i want to lose my belly fat and i hould like fast results.. could you tell me hjow to lose it? i just want to fit my body :)

    thanks

  • are hindu pushups effective?

  • Very, all angles are good. thanks , best regards blake adams

  • out of curiosity mate. wouldnt that many reps lean to shrinking of the muscle due to over exercise?

  • not at all. In fact it only helps define the muscle and add bulk. This isn't going to be bodybuilder bulk this is going to be more of a large well defined muscle. The key is the intesity the number of reps and the bulk number of sets till failure. thanks best regards blake adams

  • you are very fit ;) I'm trying to get my Pull Up reps up to 10 straight. Thanks for the motivation bro.

  • what's with the little kids?

    Cheers

  • lmao thats exactly why i never workout at parks, fucking annoying children around.

  • goddamn dat shit is amazing!!!!

  • great videos, man! just wondering; you follow some strict diet? also, how often do you work out? i am a sorta normal, though a bit skinny guy (as in 160 lbs), who's trying to get in shape (and get a bit bigger upper body, my legs are already pretty big because of my weird genes). however, I want to stay away from the generic gym workouts and big weights. I'm easily bored.

    tips?

  • Lots of protien, workout every other day. Try a variety of my workouts, I keep them orignal. Thanks Best Regards Blake Adams

  • Nice video A+

  • hey blake, after watching your video i tried to do those push ups and now my pecs hurt and i cant move

  • you sir are a monster! what makes this spartan ?

  • the intensity. thanks blake

  • how many calories a day do you eat?

  • about 250 grams protien and I eat generous portions at meal time. I don't have a set number. I go day by day. thanks blake

  • gad damn fucking little kids need to shut the fuck up so i can enjoy the vid.

  • His presence is sparkling ... and reminds me of brad pitt

  • wow..whats ur body fat..i'm guessing under 6%

  • hey blake, howcome you do lots of intense workout along with running and keep those muscle? i thought running will make you lose muscle. i dont really understand this adding muscle process. People say bulk up, eat alot and get muscle and fat, then go on a strict diet and get rid of fat, keep lean muscle. but it seems you dont believe this. or did you do the traditional "bulk up then cut" stuff? how much carb do you eat each day?

  • What you mentioned is more of a football/bodybuilder type workout. i train more of a cross fitness, military style. Try the push/pull ups workout with some basic free running you will love the results, Eat lots of protien whey powder, and get a good multi vit. I eat a little more than normal but nothing outrageous calorie wise. It takes more time to put on lean muscle but its' worth it. thanks best regards blake adams

  • im 14 im sure if i tried that id die lol espescially that bar jump

  • Hey... I´ve seen some of your videos here!

Has anybody before mentioned that you look like Val Kilmer in his younger years ;-)?

  • good shit bro.... i learned a few new things from this vid. i too wanna look like a spartan ive lost over 100lbs and i gott lose 30 more, i been very determined to the workouts. maybe u can let ppl know wen u go to the park in ny and gather a few ppl to do a session. -Big Jae

  • This is terrifying and inspiring at the same time.

You have some serious determination and some serious grunting. You seemed to gather a bit of a fan base though. Cool man, thanks for this.

  • nice job man. u must be ex navy seal or delta.

  • I like ur abs a lot! keep it up as long your intention is trul to share important knowledge with others as supposed to obtain any ego gratification!

  • I think kiddies playgrounds actualy offer the best work out equipment, plus its funny watching my little bro trying to copy me, lol, kl vid, pretty mental.

  • that's bitchin

but your arms must be helluh drained after that..abs too

  • oh yeah, i forgot to say:

    mega props

  • Leave the guy alone, he's credible. He's taking his time in educating us about accurate exercise methods. Personally, I do the same routines but alittle exercises a day is enough then stretching it out a week.

It's interesting to note that reps are very important. You must be dedicated, You will see results afterwards.

I praise you blakely, thanx for being a motivator!

  • Are you really that jealous. This is the 20th msg of your ignorance I've read. How do you invest this much time into being jealous and negative towards me. Hopefully you'll learn about Mind, body, and soul one day. I hope all my subscribers get a good chuckle out of this. This is just an example of some of the enlighting comments from Chaz. Can you say JEALOUSY!

  • Thank you !

  • man,,i've seen u live n u luk bigger live..awesome vids!!

  • Nice display of many styles of your spartan training. Excellent workout vid. Keep it up!

  • Thanks, I'm going to try some of those that you showed.

  • Can you do these everyday?

  • You can build up to it. I would advice working the various muscle groups until sore, the next day hit a new group. For example pull-ups one day, legs, and then push-ups.

  • Outstanding! A total motivator. Keep up the great work.

  • u r great naked warrior

  • great video-

  • Doing that pull-up and going over the bar to a push up was cool. Its all good.. keep up the awesome work outs. Very inspiring.

  • I think I broke my ankle just watching this!

    lol

    well done!

  • Nice display of fitness. You are really pushing yourself.

  • Hey Blake, been following the series, and its coming along pretty good, and I've been hearing about effective protein shakes and how it helps muscles in many ways, can you give a little information regarding this shake?

  • I really like eating soy protien shakes. It's a quick meal anytime. Add a bannana for extra flavor. Blenders are also good for fruit smoothies, which are a great addition to the daily diet. Soy protien gives the muscles the building blocks to get bigger, while giving you a low cal meal.

  • Hey bro. I'm sorry but I have to disagree with you on the soy proteins.Soy is known for holding estrogen. I learned this from rehan jalali, former Mr. Texas and renowned sports nutritionist. He recommended to me proteins with a mix of whey and casein(ate) proteins.good luck guys

  • Your right about the esrogen, and i Have been using whey for some time. Soy is a great vegan protien source. thanks blake

  • HAHAHA, I love the little kids.. "OOOOOOH" :].

Got any workouts for your back? Specifically the mid back? Thanks :].

  • The kids were fun. I have some great mid back workouts that I'll share soon. Best Regards Blake Adams
