You never said what "mark" the suit was, and because you have opened the packet it is now totally useless. The British Army are issue with a suit that they only use for training purposes.

a couple of weeks before i moved firefighters in chemical suits had to break down my nieghbors door to get in and around an hour later a swat team came with gas masks to arrest like five people then in like five minutes an ambulance came and some dudes in yellow hazmat suits came out of it and put police tape around the house and and stayed there the rest of the day

The 60 seconds is bull. If an attack happened and required you to be in a chem suit, you'd be dead or affected by it before you even got you mask on. You also cuff the ends of your gloves.
