I do like Natalie, though I prefer Sharona. I like that Natalie respects Monk, but it's kind of like there's a distance between them, as she calls him Mr. Monk. I just don't think their personal relationship is as involved as was his and Sharona's. Sure she was tough on the exterior, but deep down she truly cared for him on a personal level. The two had great chemistry.
