God, I am so glad I found ROH. After Chris Benoit died I was so disappointed with WWE's product, Benoit was one of the last really great WWE wrestlers. I was worn out by the WWE product and lets face, TNA has been on a downward spiral since Russo sabatoged it. Thank you ORH, for making me remember why I became a fan.
Storm is great and never got his due in WWE, but this isn't the place to talk about all that, so with that in mind, Storm is really cool to talk to and his super kick is awesome.

The Detroit event was sick. That was absolutely the best wrestling I have ever paid to see. Danielson and Black stole the whole damn show. I couldn't believe Black broke the turnbuckle. When is he going to finally get pushed?

ROH isnt that great because they dont have live TV time. The wrestlers there are all rejects that WWE and TNA doesnt want. I thought TNA was small, this wrestling company is even smaller than TNA is. And that is because they dont have any live television time.

ROH has done VERY well for a company that started pretty much from the ground up. They may not have a TV deal, but they are only 6 years old. ROH did it all on their own merit through self promotion and a solid fanbase that helps promote the product.
They don't need tv time, thier making profit with what their doing, unlike TNA. They have amazing wrestling matches, unlike WWE. Roh way be a small company but they are way better that WWE and TNA becuase they put on matches that the fans want. Where the hell do you think CM PUNK, Samoa joe, Matt sydal (evan bourne), low-ki (senshi) and homicide (just to name a few) all made their name, learn somthing about real wrestling before you make an ass of yourself again.

The more companies out there the better -- definitely. However, Vince can't "take" anybody: he can make them an offer, and they can take or leave that offer. Every company starts out in an indy type setting. Now a wrestler here and there does not bother me. But what I fear is that someone like Vince Mcmahon will really drain ROH of their talent. TNA as well. But I have more worry about the company with the most money. I feel ROH can rise perhaps get a tv deal since they have a ppv thing going. Actually I feel ROH is a step over indy status and growing.
Actually I would be more worried about the WWE than TNA. At least TNA lets them use their original moves, the WWE would water it down. TNA would be a lot better without Vince Russo.
Now to think of it, I agree, But it got me thinking, What if Ring of honor and NWA had a partnership?. Of course ROH being the head of it. Meaning that they ROH had first crack at the talent. I want to see something like that . Which would be great for us fans. We need good in the ring action. To hell with endless segments and redundant wrestling characters. This is the life-cycle of one of the aforementioned stars:
1. Medium Indy companies like BCW & CZW break a wrestrler into the business
2. ROH gives them a little more exposure and establishment.
3. TNA and WWE create a personality, pit them against experienced and more established wrestlers, make them marketable and a star is born.
Not to say you shouldnt be a ROH fan, every1.
But ROH Bots must knw their role.
And that is that ROH will forever be a feeder and lower league indy fed.

i was at that toronto so, and hole cow, it was the best dam wrestling show i have ever seen!!! only thing i can compaire it to was bound for glory, but they had a steal cage and like 3 hard core matches, best pure wrestling on the planet

The thing is that people always point to other companies but the wwe when it comes to taking other compies talents it becomes ignored. I can understand certain things but the number one threat is wwe. People can leave TNA easily. Look at CM punk :) In the wwe you are owned by Mcmahon

Dude, they're still only "owned by McMahon" insofar as to how much they *contractually agree* to be owned by Vince McMahon. And from what I've heard, if you want out of that contract, he gives you out--equipped with a no-compete cause, yeah, but still. ~Business.~

With all due respect. We don't really know if that is true about Vince Mcmahon thus seeing wrestlers like RVD having to wrestle his contract out, For the most part that is. But what this all boils down to is Mcmahon ruining wrestling by taking more people in other companies and TNA doing the same. Yes, The money is good but companies mainly like the wwe who already has to have 3 shows a week would be overkill if they kept taking ROH talent. TNA and wwe best keepw what they have..

I feel when Mcmahon bought the wcw and ecw it was downhill for all wrestling. Thank god ROH formed. You know I wonder if ROH would ever work under the NWA banner. Something to think about for good or bad. It may be far fetched or whatever but just the thought.

The more companies out there the better -- definitely. However, Vince can't "take" anybody: he can make them an offer, and they can take or leave that offer. Very few can stay on the indy's forever, and ROH is still an indy. That's really my point, and what sparked me to pipe up; your overall sentiment irked me.
I wonder how much they pay -- I've always figured ROH guys could all make a living just wrestling, but I wonder. That's certainly not true for (many?) other indy wrestling companies..

Every company starts out in an indy type setting. Now a wrestler here and there does not bother me. But what I fear is that someone like Vince Mcmahon will really drain ROH of their talent. TNA as well. But I have more worry about the company with the most money. I feel ROH can rise perhaps get a tv deal since they have a ppv thing going. Actually I feel ROH is a step over indy status and growing.

Actually I would be more worried about the WWE than TNA. At least TNA lets them use their original moves, the WWE would water it down. TNA would be a lot better without Vince Russo.

Now to think of it, I agree, But it got me thinking, What if Ring of honor and NWA had a partnership?. Of course ROH being the head of it. Meaning that they ROH had first crack at the talent. I want to see something like that . Which would be great for us fans. We need good in the ring action. To hell with endless segments and redundant wrestling characters. ROH hopefully will never bow to the tyrants of wrestling
