But the only problem is that the fish and "snooker balls" will despawn after 5 minuts, so I need to refill every time with more fish and balls so thats still a problem.

also, you can put a double chest on the bottom of the wardrobe instead of stairs, making it functional, and i found a way to use pressure plates and a dispenser in the fish tank so that more fish will come out if they despawn

According to Minecraft Design Wiki, it actually looks better for the fridge if you build it with the dispenser on top, and the button to open it on a block next to it.

Also, I would never have thought of the fishtank and shower ideas... Sadly, you can't get ice without Creative Mode or inventory hax since Silk Touch no longer works on ice.
