@Knucklesound Never understood that disposition some people have towards Manowar. They are probably one of the most heterosexual bands ever to walk the earth. They dropped the loin cloth image in the early 80s. Nearly 30 years ago. Their "old" image fits with the music, because they play viking/battle metal, hence the loin clothes. They look no more ridiculous than Kiss, and people don't ridicule that band.

@Highlander01 Sorry...i meant 'gay' in a South Park kind of language...not really 'homosexual', but more of a 'lame' meaning...I'm sure they loved the ladies...Just saying this particular album would be cooler today if they had a different image back then.. i personally felt the dressup wasn't necessary (especially considering it meant wearing fur underwear)- the music spoke for itself .And i disagree about them looking no more ridiculous than Kiss.You are are entitled to your opinion though.

@Knucklesound The lead singer, Eric Adams has two children and is married and the band constantly goes on about shagging women. Also, listen to "Pleasure Slave" which is self explanatory. It just annoys me how some people unfairly judge Manowar because of one or two album covers. Manowar is about the music, not image. If people want to criticise a band because of their image, look towards mainstream boy bands who base their success solely on image.This isn't directed towards you by the way.
