  • propper job. ...though, I've a lilttle problem; I'm basically hungry for eastern food all the day time after watching one of your videos. .. which is not a bad thing....but man , keeping up with your skills is tough.

    The ingredient u mentioned is Asafoetida (in hindi its called 'hing'). Hope this helps.

    try using the dried and rehydrate it, -though those of us not lucky enough to be living nr fresh tamarind can use that. I get it from eastern deli shops n such
