Good taste but just way to much oil for me! All the oil just sits at the top so when u pull one out its coated with oil!

i buy my Jalapeños in Jars from the supermarket but ive just grown my own and ive been saving the juice from the shop bought ones, can i just chop and slice the chilis and then put them in , if so how long should i leave them for before eating ?
