  • You know he actually has a point......

  • I just wanna smack him, rip that stupid turtleneck off him to mess up his hair, and bang bang bang!!

  • @vexxtra No dude you don´t understand... he acted like that because he was in a very mediocre school, where exist an "underlying" idea of becoming "monetary successful" out of Art prostitution.... in other words... most of that people dont really love art. Just want fame and fortune. And he is acting like an asshole, because nodody did a good question, until the last one, were he could be himself and acctually say something relevant.... sorry my english...

  • Hi, I'm art, artsy fartsy n my sick thoughts are the shit.

your all wasting your time. . .btw Picasso rhymes with big __________. TRUTH baby TRUTH

  • MarkWiggers-com - Check it out.. great art..

  • I love this movie

  • Anything Adam Scott says makes me laugh

  • True nature is selfishness... maybe not. Perhaps selfishness is born out of fear of not having. Then true nature could be about having no fear of giving- hence not being an asshole.

  • never get tired of this vid. hahaha

  • he reminds me of tom cruise...haha

  • @shabbychique I thought the EXACT same thing.

  • the movie is awesome but this is by far the best sequence.

  • this is awesome I don't get tired of this

  • "why are you such an asshole?"

    "now that's a great question."

    hahaha

  • if they cut the whole murder plot from the movie it would have been descent as an art school satire but it gets dragged down.

  • It is making fun of the scandals artist use to boost their fame.

"Air Heads", a movie about a want to be band, also did that satire, instead of serial murder it was tsarism, holding hostages, that got the band their bust in fame.

Sometime we do not look for the talent of the artist or anyone of talent just what crazy things they did with there lives.

  • Fair enough. It was still really weak though.

  • I love this film, haha.

  • "What advice would you give to a young artist?"

    "Shut up"

    rofl. Gold.

  • This guy looks like Tom Cruise

  • as much as I don't like this movie, I think this scene is perfect.

  • you dont have to be a good artist you just have to get ppl with cash to buy them

  • thats what makes a great artist. Art isn't deep, it is shallow based only on appearances and assumptions. Artists all are really just shallow cons who can smear some paint around....Isn't it great! I like that a lot.

  • save the people who actually give a damn about creating something beautiful.

there are true and amazing artists, but they probably wont be very famous due to the fact that they arent sucking cock and throwing paint at a canvas blindfolded. check some indie comics or something for some real art.

  • beauty is once again a shallow perception, so I assume that you agree with my first point.

  • That's true there so much detail and precision in some comix. I was at an art class the other day, and the proffesor said "yes many of us have this childlike nature of creating when we are young but the majority never evolve from this cartoon drawing state" And then I saw her art and it was a mix of color and some random figures that look more like a baby's mess.

  • yup in high school u spend so much time to find ur original voice and to get to the next level to go to art school and when u get there all u are told is that ur view of art is wrong and ur never gonna make it unless u follow their rules

  • @mrmojoman2 Art is commerce just as every other industry- The industry of aesthetics, status, and intellectualism. You must sell yourself as any craftsman must. I believe somewhere in childhood a great myth about art is formed that portrays famous art and artists as something that manifested itself from pure noble merit. Its as if the best art magically floated into all the museums of the world. Everyone ignores that it was put there by scheming factions of businessmen, curators, & collectors..

  • I agree there's nothing to learn

  • i love this movie, john was a riot in it

  • I suppose, from the context of the film, death would be more beautiful than truth and freedom.
