@endorphin8er OK I know this is pretty obvious, but turn all settings to low. Be SURE it meets your requirements and go to can i run it(no spaces).com, also you could try restarting your steam, and computer and seeing if that helps at all. Check if your device drivers are updated and that's about all the advice I can offer you.
