  • That's awesome!

  • itsjustnotpossible(dot)com/QiGong.html

You believers are going to feel pretty silly after viewing the website.

This is the first of MANY articles exposing this QiGong/chi NONSENSE and it's delusional scam artist "masters"! It's science fiction bullshit people, snap out of it!

  • Can Jesus' miracles be explained by Science?

  • First you would have to prove jesus DID miracles... There is barely more evidence he existed, than there is for god (and there's no evidence that god exists)

  • yea, and that, just like most supernatural stuff on earth, is a matter of "believe or not".

  • <I>"yea, and that, just like most supernatural stuff on earth, is a matter of "believe or not"</I>

The honus of proof is on them making the claims. Sagan said "extraordinary things require extraordinary evidence"... Of which there simply isn't ANY! (evidence IS NOT a low res video from the 80s, fooling a few gullible journalists)

  • nope, obviously you haven't seen enough.

  • <I>"obviously you haven't seen enough."</I>

buddy, in twenty years looking for evidence, i <B>haven't seen ANY!</B>

  • That's because you have trouble using search engines.

I'd like to see you quote that.

  • that's because a person with your character needs to experience it, which either takes meeting a qi gong master or practicing it yourself

  • <I>"that's because a person with your character needs to experience it, which either takes meeting a qi gong master or practicing it yourself"</i>

EVERY SINGLE "qiGong Master' i've seen tested has not only FAILED MISERABLY, but NOT ONE of them has EVER done his carny tricks under controlled conditions! Why do you suppose that is?!

  • Actually thats wrong you can study chi kung @ any age and get to this kind of level "if you put the work in!" thats really the key, train alot and for many years and you can rach this level, however some people have a natural flair for chi kung as with any skill so it really depends on the individual & there commitment to training.

  • why? why do people believe in this CRAP!? You can <B>clearly</B> see something poking the bricks from beneath! Why the tablecloth if he wasn't hiding something? why is the bowl stuttering as if being pulled by a magnet? Why believe in ANY of this B.S. without a shred of evidence that it works!? It's science fiction people!

  • it is one style of kungfu.we Chinese called"qi gong".if you want learn it,you must practice very young and at least practice 10 years more.

  • Nonsense! This guy is not only a PROVEN fraud, but "qi gong" has NEVER passed a SINGLE double blind study. EVERY single time it's been tested, it's failed MISERABLY! Why do you think that's so!? Wake up people. QIGong = science fiction!

  • Well, this guy "may" be a fraud.

You can't say anything like that if you are not even there, at the filming place.

That link is interesting though, stating the suspicious places in the clip.

The basin pushing and self-cutting part maybe fraud.

But that doesn't mean the whole concept is bullshit.

There's really such thing as qi gong and body hardening.

If there is no such thing, why is there so many people out there who can do it, even filming a video of it?

  • <I>"You can't say anything like that if you are not even there, at the filming place"</i>

I can, because there is hard evidence to support my claims.

<I>maybe fraud. But that doesn't mean the whole concept is bullshit.</I>

Clearly you have NOT read the WHOLE webpage! Look again.

<I>"There's really such thing as qi gong"</i>

If there is, <B>nobody</B> has proven it yet!

  • Well, everything's quite the opposite

  • <I>"If there is no such thing, why is there so many people out there who can do it, even filming a video of it?"</I>

To be the center of attention? To be the "cool guy"? To make $? To impress/scam their friends!? Who knows WHY they do it!? There are MANY more reasons than the ones i listed!

  • lol, possible.

But when there's so many, the possiblity is quite low.

  • If you are having trouble believeing this guy you should find a well respected chi kung practioner & ask them if they have any special chi skills they can show you. In most cases they will be only too happy to demonstrate there skills. peace & love to you all.

  • focus of Chi -great example

wishing we ALL learn that our chi can be used and

developed to help ourselves and each other

  • This video is <B>SO</B> OBVIOIUSLY fake. You can clearly see something pushing the bricks over from beneath the table! The plastic bowl stutters across the table as if being pulled by a magnet.

  • funny how people r trying to talk big

  • that is cool shit. he is just manipulating energy. if you believe in Chi or Rieki, you would understand that this would be possible. it just takes a lot of practice.

  • you are pretty gullible if you think that Chi or Reiki works when BOTH have failed miserably when tested scientifically. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!

tinyurl com/27d4rf is a good example of more fake chi, with really bad acting. ideomotor effect, read up on it.

  • table clothes are a dead give away with demos like this.

  • he should do kindergarden partys, a 3 year old might fall for it, but i doubt it. 'daddy theres a man under the table'

  • ok, throw out all physics...

  • you could pull off that trick with magnets

  • lmamao!

  • Why bullshit???

  • hahah awesome!

  • Its bullshit!

  • ok i don´t know if this was true but influence of Qi in objects it´s true, i can experience that myself i very small form but sufficient to me. and what? skeptics can say too: noo that tv doesnt show something broadcasted, is something recorder Inside of the tv. that can not be measured dont mean that not exist...

  • please tell me how i can learn to move a piece of paper dangling from thread and make it spin or something. please ellolazo!

  • i agree i prove people wrong all the time, it dosent matter whether we believe or not, it will remain real an true just the same

  • Alright, I don't care if this is real or not, that guy looks and sounds like a total badass when he does it.

    His grunts just scream 'Street-Fighter-I-could-destroy-you-badassery'.

  • Also, although I wasn't there to examine this particular demonstration in person, I will say this. Mao Tse Tung didn't have all the gong fu masters in the country executed during the cultural revolution, just for the fun of it. He believed this stuff was being done, and could eventually be used to overthrow him.

  • A buddy told me the Chinese writing on the screen includes the guy's contact information, so anyone that wants go check him out in person can. If you like gong fu, forget the local McDojo, and go to the source-or you'll get left with a bad taste in your mouth. Hey where's the link to part 1?

  • but we cant read chinese, or botswalian or what ever it is, tell us the contact info in english

  • Good thing that the old man can enjoy himself without having to use viagra! Personally, for now I'll stick to the conventional methods.

There's some cool stuff out there... if you can open your mind to the possibilities. But if someone isn't ready to open their mind there is no amount of argument that will persuade them to chenge their beliefs. Fundamentally, all beliefs including those of science, are based upon a leap of faith.

  • stupid

  • thats real shit I saw it with my own eyes in person when I visited China. The guy was able to hit me without touching me.

  • Tell us more.

  • In modern days, people can say "i dont believe", because Modern culture do not educate its people to believe in the "Invisible", ... who can see the air? but everyone feel the air and believe in the air...Q: who can see the Chi? A: if you feel the "Chi" you will believe in the Chi's existence...dont need to see...anyway , Kung-fu dont have anything to do with muscules, this video shows the most true example...

  • I am a real skeptic: I don't believe or disbelieve until I see a demonstration that I can verify. When I saw my former kung fu teacher demonstrate projection of chi on a patient, I shrugged and said "I suppose it's possible".

When he treated me for a neck injury, getting better results than my session with a chiropractor (without laying a hand on me, BTW), I became a believer. Only negative comment I have on this clip is that you can't see what's going on under that table.

  • While it is possible that this particular man is faking this demonstration, there is no question as to whether the skills being shown truly exist or not. Nei Kung is 100% real, as is know by anyone lucky enough to actually feel Qi being used by an advanced practicioner.

  • You're a tool for hucksters.

  • stupid....you are!!!

  • one will not know untill they have felt it themselves. that's just how we are. But it is foolish to claim that it does not exist. But understandable claim that it is in this moment in our individual state and time that it is unusual. But choosing to disregard this natural energy that exist in all of us is still a choice. You can choose, but you cannot control the truth and outcome.

  • anyway, no one believe there could be electricity before edison invented, It could be true, not 100% fake

  • does anybody know who this master is or has more info about him. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks

  • people that dont believe it should let who believe it alone... no need to say such hard things...

  • ya know, no poster has an objective idea of whats being shown. much is lost in just looking at a clip. Best & ONLY way of verifying this is to see it in person, under your own strictures; If he refuses, he's a fake, if not fake, & he's pissed off, Best pray to whatever you worship to save your life.

Thats it folks. Some can say Yes, some can say no, but it doesn't matter if you are not there live and in person.

    live through the encounter

  • you're pretty ignorant. people are deceived all the time. look at stage magicians... you go in KNOWING they're tricks, yet you still are deceived. the difference here, these frauds don't admit to their tricks. Seeing something in person PROVES NOTHING. There are many talented close up magicians that do a great job of deceiving.

  • itsjustnotpossible(dot)com(slash)QiGong(dot)html and (slash)move_things(dot)html

  • No, you guys, seriously. He's got real powers. It's the only explanation.

    ...

    Come on.

  • Of course it's fake, and it's not even convincingly performed. This is as silly as those "Yellow Bamboo" nincompoops. The old fart, "famous doctor" or not, is a conscious fraud and by extension an asshole.

  • "Unbelievable Chinese Martialart & Chi-Kung (Part 2)

    Kungfu? Chi? Magic? Trick? Bullshit?"

Just leave out everything between the first and last words and you will have it.

  • many people use tricks, but if sombody ready knows how to control these powers he would not show them to the world .. and one thing above all you can only use these power on healing ( headace, someting like that ...)

  • uubu- obviously this guy isnt healing anything. go here to see another example of really bad kung fu acting: tinyurl com/27d4rf

(put a period after url) So give me ONE good reason if someone had these powers he wouldn't show them to the world! That's just selfish, even if he didn't need $1M, he could donate it to a hospital, donate to the poor, etc. Fraud pure and simple.

  • use the force luke...

  • Yo deez skiwelz jo!

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=nDflabGkdTU

yeah it's already been said these things are just for entertainment and making money, being on TV, etc..

on that randi.org crap, there's like a bunch of bullsht like changing traffic lights with peoples minds, they sell controllers/remotes to change traffic lights even though their like illegal or something...

  • Icestorm, that is just a trick, it's a very, very stupid trick.

  • Ershun, if it's done in a controlled environment that prevents cheating and trickery, I couldn't say it honestly. You want to believe people have supowers, yet there is ZERO scientific evidence of it. Now, prove your case or STFU.

  • So this is a trick and this is real?

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=7FZjHAijc0k

  • nice

  • Of course you can't demonstrate it. For some reason NO ONE can.

  • You can always say that. Even someone demonstrates, you can always say "fake". It is your mouth.

  • But Ershun, you can become a millionaire if you can demonstrate or show that such superpowers exist. What's stopping you?

I know, it's because you're afraid that you'll look like a freaking idiot when you FAIL!!!

  • I cannot demonstrate such superpower. You are right at this: super power is not consistent. It is possible that you have it suddenly and lose it suddenly. I am not Qigong master. I just suspect that Qigong can make super power more consistent.

  • No, ershun. Doing tricks on camera is not science. Science involves controlled tests and studies. This is just simply magician's tricks that the old guy does.

Saying that many people saw it only means that many people were shown.

  • no sense to argue more. You think it is a trick. I do not think so. That's it. I also experienced unnatural power. But I would not argue for those things any more, just because I do not care about whether you believe or not. Bye

  • Also, he showed it to many people on holiday events. (there are reports in Chinese). I think that Taiwan journalists visited him and recorded this video. China goverment suppresses this kind of reports on popular medium.

  • "I do not think this is fake..."

The problem is that this line of argument is used for ALL kinds of scammers, like the psychics and the spiritual healers. There are many motives for doing such tricks, you don't know that he has no motive. He claims to have powers that defy science and reason, he should have to prove it in a scientific manner. So far, he's just done silly tricks infront of a camera.

  • He claims...Did you hear that?

He does not claim that the powers defy science and reason. Instead, he believes science. Science is building up theories upon facts, but not forcing facts to obey the existing theories. Existing theories may be proved to be wrong in the future. This is science.

  • uhhhhhh.... it IS NOT science. Read a book. if it WAS science, it would be tested scientifically. obviously it was NOT. Science is replicated under the same conditions... it would be subject to double-blind tests, which obviously didn't happen. You're delusional if you think this qualifies as science!

  • how can you test something with science when you don't even understand what to test or how to test. you're scientific arguements are bias just the same as those that want to believe. my experiences weren't self-delusional...when you can take punches from much larger people and have them ricochet off your body without feeling them or compromising your stance even slightly...somethings different.

  • FOOL! you can sit him in front of 2 bricks in a controlled environment and say "push this brick over, pull that brick over", or "here's MY bowl filled with water on MY table... now try to move it". Those that want to believe this nonsense are self delusional and/or gullible plain and simple. As far as your puncing people goes... methinks you took one too many to the head yourself because that crap has been proven NOT to work either!

  • Why do you come here? Do you just sit behind your computer screen looking for shit to complain about. If you've ever done in serious breath training you'd know that it helps one develop control over their muscles that allows them to relax move and connect their body as a rigid structure. The more relaxed and connected your joints are the easier it is to neutralize an incoming force.

  • Z- to answer your question, i come here because i see people making paranormal or supernatural claims as if they're facts and that bothers me because it has been shown time and time again that these are cheap tricks and NOT "mystical chinese powers"! There are a LOT of gullible people in this world, and if i can educate just a few of them that this crap DOES NOT exist, then that's what i'll do!

  • Another thing that you don't understand is that hard calistenic training and impactive training increase the density of the bodies cells, primarily bone density. This is written in the Navy SEALs training guide. I'm not saying this video is real...but kung fu and qigong training do increase the body's health and resilience.

  • Z- hello!? I never claimed training can't increase your health or resilience... i said you can't project energy and cause this energy to impact or cause change in another object/person. Did you watch the video i directed you to?

  • I made those examples for a reason. Those are common things that people use to say that hard or soft qigong is just parlor tricks. Now the point is is that physical training can increase you body's strength but also breath training does to. It increases your awareness and sensitivity to the things around you. There is no answer here...but it would seem if your energy is increased to such an extreme that maybe you could affect objects at a distance.

  • This is a stretch and the extremes presented in the video above are far fetched and more than likely fake. But qigong isn't just a simple oversaturation of oxygen in the blood...the practitioner is teaching the body to store larger quantities of energy in whatever form, chi or heat or chemical. Either way, the more energy stored in an object the higher probability for strange things to happen. Particle physics's enter principle is based on more energy to produce new particles.

  • more silliness here of people "projecting chi": yellowbamboo dot info (click on "free videos" in the right column) tinyurl dot com/22mc3r and:

tinyurl dot com/2we5gv Unbelievable. Not the energy... it's unbelievable people actually fall for this crap and see vids like this and not fall over from laughing!

  • What is so impossible to believe that organic creatues can harvest their energy, increase their energy density and using the medium around them to transmit that energy. It's unprobable, but not impossible. Everything in the universe has some amount of radiant energy. The greater the concentration of matter or energy in a space science says that that space becomes distort..warped...hence gravitational lensing.

  • Is it really so impossible to think that an organic creature can cultivate a higher energy density in order to affect the space around them? I mean, if you're such a science guy why don't you go convince all the religious people (christians, muslims, witchcraft, vodoo and any other pagan belief) that their ideas are ridiculous and just as unsubstantiated. Religion is even more far fetched than this video...but I bet you're not going into churchs in your area talking shit.

  • Yes, It's pretty obvious to me that doing this with your mind is impossible. The CIA spent 20 years and 30 million dollars testing this, and came to the conclusion that it just didn't work. As far as religion goes, that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with my comments on this QiGong B.S., but now that you mentioned it, I DO argue science and point out obvious discrepancies in religion and the bible almost every day of my life. Thanks for asking.

  • oh, and I didn't get the video...which did you send me?

  • Z- for the third time- tinyurl dot com/27d4rf

of course you have to put a period there instead of the " dot "

"There is no answer here...but it would seem if your energy is increased to such an extreme that maybe you could affect objects at a distance." That's a RIDICULOUS assumption... if it was possible, science books would have to be re-written! Watch the video.

  • that was a website...I thought that was someones screen name....Anyway, science books would not be rewritten. If you're basing your ideas off Newtonian mechanics then you can't even begin to explain how projection of energy is possible. But it is...I know physicists that already have built and tested radar dishes that can stop a car in it's tracks. Nikoli Tesla built Cell Towers that could disperse useable energy miles away for any to use.

  • As far as radar dishes that can stop a car... if it's true, (and I do indeed doubt you) there is without a doubt a rational, and scientific mechanism for it working. EMPs are nothing new. What's that got to do with your mind? Are you saying scientists have no explanation for this radar dish?

  • All the training that goes into kung fu is not meant to impress you with parlor tricks such as laying on a bed of nails. It maybe a simple physics trick but if that's what you're looking at then you're the guillible one. Drills like that are designed to toughen the skin.

  • Z- what the hell are you talking about? what video are YOU watching? i am commenting on the chinese guy claiming to topple bricks, move a bowl of water, and break a glass by "projecting his chi"... which i'll state again: it's not freaking possible... I gave you examples of how it can be tested and you come back with "toughening skin by lying on a bed of nails"?

  • tinyurl dot com/27d4rf please watch this video of some "chinese master"... Is this what you're talking about? Doesnt it look silly all this "projecting your chi" crap and deluding disciples into playing along?! My god how dense can some people be?

  • Ershun, as his student, can you do that chi projection stuff?

  • I am not his student.

  • I do not think this is fake, just because, he has no reason to take this risk. Before this show, he is already a famous doctor and master. He does not intend to get any benefit from the show. If this is a trick, he will lost everything including his family's fame.

  • I do not think this is fake, just because, he has no reason to take this risk. Before this show, he is already a famous doctor and master. He does not intend to get any benefit from the show. If this was a trick, he would lose everything including his family's fame.

  • why the tablecloth? why the board? why the narrow alley so nobody can see under the table? there is NO reason for the table, every single one of these TRICKS are EASILY replicated by ANY competent magician. Con man.

  • You could contact that old fart and tell him about the JREF prize. www.randi.org

  • I do not have any motive. I think you should have.

  • Qiu Fu Yi (邱服义)

    tel: 86-27-62166854

    addr: 中国湖北省澧县中医康复诊所

  • You can contact this old man (he is a doctor)

    中国湖北省澧县中医康复诊所

    电话:86-27-62166854

  • "i could do things that amazed even myself"

    Like what?

  • Not everyone cares about the prize, but many people actually like the truth. This guy will probably never, EVER subject himself to be tested in a fashion that would keep him from cheating. Chi tricks like these are cons, they are done with trickery and deception, not "chi" energy.

  • who knows if this is real or not...but I trained my ass of in tai chi for awhile and got really strong both internally and externally. i could do things that amazed even myself...but nothing unrealistic. during that time I only trained hard for less than two years, then just trained casually since. how strong would I be if I trained for 30 or 40 years?

  • you've experienced self-delusion and the ideomotor effect. It's been proven time and time again that this crap just IS NOT possible. Surely someone would have passed a test by now but most run away from tests, the ones that DO test fail it miserably.

  • It sounds you knew everything.

  • It's not even convincing as a trick, it would be very easy to replicate all of that nonsense with just a few minutes of magician training or just an imagination.

If this guy can really do what he claims to do, without cheating, he can win the JREF million-dollar prize.

If any of you chi-punks think you can use chi in this same fashion, you can become millionaires as well. www.randi.org

  • You'd have to be an old Chinese dude to be able to make it look like if it was real THO.

  • Not everyone cares about prize.

  • Lol. yeah it's only $million, peanuts.

  • and people buy this shit, hilarious.

  • Fake.

  • Qiu Fuyi's grandfather obtained a martial art Jinshi (offical title) in Qing dynasty. His grandfather's brother was a royal doctor.

  • He seems to come from a great family of martial artists so he must have great knowledge.
