  • makes steering more difficult

  • Can you get this in the UK?

  • @1953Excalibur Not yet. But sign up on our email list and we can notify you when it is. Search "gyrobike" in Google and you will find our site. youtube doesn't allow URLs in posts.

  • @gyrobike The only bikes on your site are for children, but I know lots of adults who are wobbly too. My boy is 16 - he needs bigger wheels than these!

  • @1953Excalibur we do plan to offer adult models, so stay tuned. we know a lot of people out of all ages and abilities can benefit from our technology. we wish we could make it happen sooner!

  • Interessante questo video, qualcuno sa dirmi dove si comprano queste biciclette per adulti e secondo voi vanno bene per una persona adulta che non sa proprio andare in bici?

  • The URL at the end goes to the Gyrowheel site (which I've seen b4) and is a different product powered by electricity and there is no size for adult bikes only 12-inch baby sizes.

This thing seems to be powered by the movement of the bike itself.

  • kde to kupim???

  • I purchased my daughter(7y) a nice new Trek bike last year. She won't let me take off the darn training wheels. She's pushing 8 for crying out loud. It would be cool if my kido could try out a gyrowheel. I'm thinking about getting the " balance buddy" but I don't know anymore! Any cool product!

    How much?

    :-(

  • забугорные дети в шлемах, да еще и на таких байках катаются! попробовали бы они без шлема, да на школьнике!!! =))))

  • is there a way to build this at home?

  • what would happen at higher speeds?

  • @1jks you would take off like a plane :)

  • thats fucking awesome!

Now lower the weight, make em for bmx 20" and tada :D flatland easy mode baby

  • wait....so if u wanna do a fast turn at high speed where the rider has to lean heavily to one side, wouldnt the extra precessin force get in the way? it would suck if that's the case........

  • nice original music dude!

  • How much drag do you get to spin the flywheel , and whats it like a fast speed ? can you even turn the bars !!! .

    Just interested

  • yes but how does this hep learners in the future? they would still stuggle when they ride a normal bike

  • Nope.

The commercial model has controls where you can decrease and increase the speed of the gryo. As the learner leans how to ride and control the bike, they or a teacher can decrease the speed of the gyro and thus decrease the amount of stability the gryo will offer till they no longer need and they do not activate the gryo.

  • Put it in a unicycle!

  • I ride my unicycle 3 hours a day and i dont think the extra weight is worth it. It would defenitly be fun. But not smart

  • 2:15 le daba unos buenos poyasos y se le iva la tontería :D

english version: that girl need a penish. :O

  • great for kids learning to bike. . . that's about it, but very interesting : ) i wonder how much it weighs to have THAT big of an effect, or how fast they have to get it spinning, don't think i'd ever be in the market for one, but it's an idea, i'll give it that

  • 65000 RPM

    20 kilos

  • hot chick alert @ 2:20

  • The brunette dancing like a perv on the bike comes with the product? If yes Ill take 1 please.

  • What about motorcycles? Could be a good help in slow traffic.

  • Psh, I can do the no-hand slow bike attempt without a gyro-bike.

  • ssame

  • Can you post a video to prove your claim?

I would like to see it.

  • I'll need a digital camera then. I don't have any of those. If you want, you could add me, and I'll try to get a video to you somehow.

  • Does it also allow you to maintain a higher top speed? And what about cornering?

  • I think it would probably hurt acceleration and performance at high speeds, but that's not really the point. It's a heavier wheel.

  • holy crap thats awesome

  • A brilliant invention, does who is the music?

  • Robert Palmer, Simply irresistable.

  • that means we can read books on running bikes

  • Nice bike I will use my knowlegements to make this thing to me

  • I hope you don't your english "knowlegements" =P

  • "I hope you don't your english "knowlegements" =P " Riiiiiiiiiggghhhhhttt!!!!!

  • Whats the point, who cant ballance on a bike???

  • infant

  • thats stupid, people who are learning it, cant , duh

  • If it does the work for you how can u learn anything from it?

  • yes. Most people cannot balance because they arent strong enough to keep moving their legs (therefore, the wheel stops being a gyroscope, and they fall). By adding an extra ever-moving gyroscpoe it is easier to keep on balance and people doesnt give up because they dont fall (I remember the first time I tried to learn how to ride bikes, I gave up because I kept falling and falling). So, I think learning with this makes the process even faster.

  • Ridin spinnaz

  • slowmotion on no hands test?

    come on

  • Although children can easily ride Gyrobike, they havent learnt to ride bike actually

  • 这是陀螺仪原理吧?

  • 自行车是愚蠢虽然

  • how much?

  • not bad

  • could be interesting for kids learning... But I think... it prevents us from using and improving our own hability. For extreme mountain biking or bmx, That uses peralts, long jumps... it could make some new movements to the bike and make ther rider lose the control.

  • That thing is amazing. My rear still hurts from the first day I rode a bike.

BTW, that father rules. I want an AC/DC fan for parent.

  • Hey that's awesome

  • i want it *_*

  • mola

  • Awesome, congrats!

  • Awesome!
