he doesn't fatigue in his legs, jumps straight up and lands in the same place, toes remain pointing towards hoop, knees bend equally and share the weight/power of the jump (not turned in or out). Any slob can walk slowly back and settle for a shot at a slow pace and call themselves a shooter. Try it like this and you'll improve quickly as yr body learns to carry out the same movement regardless of muscle fatigue.
