It is not painting it is called Opaquing. It is done in every printing company camera/stripping department and when film is shot and developed there are pin holes of various sizes and the strippers opaque these on the negative with a brown colored substance so that when the neg burned onto a plate it won't leave a spot where the film had a hole in the emulsion. What these guys don't understand is that even if they wanted to show it they would have opaqued it.

Why haven't other countries reported about these supposed structures? European Space Agency, Russians, Chinese, Indians... all have probes looking at the moon...

Their explaination in the simplest terms, Hubbles focal length [or CCDs too sensitive to moon light?] is not applicable to the Moons surface. Once they practice to deceive, you can never trust them.
Could it be I wonder that (A) The Moon does not rotate and (B) The Hubble is in a fixed orbit around the Earth! Which means,presumably, that they can't see the back of the Moon!

I wonder why they put it in an orbit that takes any part of the sky out of its view every 45 min. Seems a Moon/Earth lagrange would've been better.
@gavincurtis No it isn't, if it was easy what kind of game would it be? I reincarnated to the this vast multi level game because heaven got too boring, can't suffer or die there. Can't feel the highs with out the lows. With out deception, wheres the fun. Notice several weeks ago there were no lucar car tracks in the picture then a week or 2 later there where some tracks. Evidently their star drives got the rocks and made the tracks.
