The 4 door Rubi keeps butt. Yes the wheel base is too long for the stock tire size of 32". But honestly, who the hell seriously wheels a stock Rubicon. 4" lift and 37s and it will outwheel anything, no other mods needed, and this is coming from a TJ guy. You have to do a lot of work and money slinging to get a TJ or XJ anywhere near as capable. And you can still cruise down the highway at 80. Props to Jeep for making such an awesome machine.

i think he was talking about a 4" lift on a JK...and they won't rub. My good friend  has his set up that way. under extreme flex they do a little but not enough to be considered raw...I have 35" tires on a 2" RE budget lift....you need to relax since you don't know what you think you know.

a 2 door jeep is good for one thing - off roading. I think its safe to say that most people don't spend all their driving time off road. Most of us use highways, freeways, city streets, get grocereies, pick up friends, family, and transport stuff.

Hard to do all that in a 2 door.

Long Island has harsh terrain, on the north fork even in shirley. smith point beach. the mud flats. I have had to pull out some suv's and truck's out of deep saind or mud. one guy in a jeep riped his front bumper off.
