We take Heinz Worhestershire sauce, and meat tenderizer, and Garlic Salt and marinate steaks all night, The steaks are so tender and good the next day you cook then medium well or medium rare and get some Steak Sauce and MMMMMM MMMMM! with a baked potato and a salad. That's some good eating.
This was created for Heinz by John Hubley, who made his mark as an animator/director for UPA in the '50s before opening his own small animation studio (he also produced the famous "Maypo" hot cereal ads in the late '50s featuring "Marky Maypo" {"I WANT MY MAYPO!"}.
Here in the States, Heinz manufactures the original Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce and it is under the name of Lea & Perrins Inc. as well. Also the US version has a slightly different recipe then the UK original recipe
The animation in this commercial is amazing!

Why did they make this name so hard to pronounce?
ThePhotoshopGuy1 2 years ago
@ThePhotoshopGuy1 To annoy Americans who can't pronounce long words :D
But it's named after the place it was invented. Also Lee and Perrins created it, not Heinz.

I didn't even know you could get it in the US.

Its funny - with all the technology today they still can't make a cartoon as good as the old days.
