Cell frame editing, probably used autodesk 3D, Cinema 4pro, or after effects. Easy to make anything move on (what seems to be on its own) by editing in either of these 3D cell frame editing packages.

There is something afoot here. There is something rising on the inside of the box. The sound at the end was a dead giveaway. How he did it though, I have no Idea. If I were to guess, he has a vibrating devise in his left hand to initiate movement, and he's got a pin of some kind also poking through to the underside of the globe. These effects would work exactly as you saw, but what HE is doing, I don't know. It is a very convincingly executed illusion, so I have no theory that can be proven.

I think I can explain this;
0:36 - He lightly touches it with his middle finger
0:37 to 0:47 - Every other second or so, he touches it lightly again, speeding up the revolution
0:48 - Ahah! See that? Look what he does with his left hand there; He gives it a quick 'wiggle', making it start rolling on the rim.
As for how it just effortlessly keeps going;
They are made of smoothed down glass. There is very low friction involved here, making for easy spin with a VERY light touch.

Use a glass table 2. Place small pieces of Styrofoam loosely around the square glass. Then sit back, hands away from the globe and use your "telekinesis" again. Bet they cant do it.

I do believe PK could exist, but i tend to be very skeptical of PK videos i see. I can't think of a trick you could have used to do this if it's fake though =/
Unless the cube has some electric device built in to make the glass orb spin? Doesn't seem like it though...

its probably the sound or frequency given of by the running water that calms your senses. i know that low frequency sound soothes me, that, or you just have a natural attraction to the water, besides, we are 80% water so it kind of would be natural to be attracted to it.
