They had a Cardio Theater at Golds Gym as well and I was like you the 1st time I saw it...lol...Don't sweat what other people think of you while working out because they had to start somewhere as well :) Don't be so hard on yourself and you are a beautiful person inside and out please never forget that. Keep it up and stay focused and you will be where you want to be in time :D
