I had to uphold my home on utilites while in foreclosure so my deadbeat renter who is violating lease by non payment of rent, Called cops and instead I got harassed (asked if I do drugs and about my plates on vechicle) instead of them addressing a landlord tenant violation.Since renter was trespassing by storing items in garage not part of his domain .I don't do drugs is this approiate?
3.) 5th precinct allowed Michael Giantasio a man I date in 2007 to defraud me on credit since he was transporting legal documents to attorneys for me in this situation,so which I pressed charges and Det. Ferrera to date has never contacted me nor has he ever been held accountable for the fraud even though Det Ferrera stated to me he had a 6 page rap sheet as a con artist and was on probation for previous offenses.
5th pct. while I was detained in hospital due to there false report allowed Craig Berkhan to illegally enter household and stage premises and then use what he did in court proceedings. I got accused of "throwning the contents of furnishing of my home on deck including my sons crib. I was 5'4 under 150 lbs and I struggle picking up anything over 40 lbs so how could I have possibly beat up numerous cops as per Larry Vessia's claim to court?
I was fine the next day but because of the cops report I was held against my wishes for 84 hours between Brookhaven Hop then transferred to Brunswick due to the police report .My mother who was witness and my attorney that I was fine after being sedated the next day, as well as my former attorney

I dont know anyone that can be suicidal calling people on there phone with no medical evidence to such I then got accused of beating up numerous cops by Larry Vessia's court petition with no evidence and a neighbor in court proceedings.

2.) 1/8/2007 he was kicked out, the 5th precinct allowed him to remove truck and boat off premises, that I paid for and have promissary note notarized by Robert DePaolo to prove Craig Berkhans actions and debt owed..On 1/10/2007, 5th precinct wrote false report stating I was suicidal with no evidence to such I had an extreme anxiety attack and became disoriented after the weeks events of Craig Berkhan harassing me
Suffolk County officials in court and police have violated law "Color of Law" by failing to abide by law, evidence or ethics have participated in violating this statue by falsely stating facts as well. and violating all my rights to date.
He violated two orders of protection in 2005 and 2006 by testing positive for drugs never held in contempt but instead of the police and court doing the right thing they instead gave him custody of my son through unjust court proceedings and he abused my son in 5/2007 founded CPS report..
1.) allowed Craig Berkhan to abuse me repeatedly, and failed to take a report on one occasion in 2006 when he had me in a choke hold on my kitchen floor prior to 1/8/2007 when I kicked him out and they escorted him to a hotel because he was too drunk to drive and refused to take a report of assault against me or arrest him.
This whole situation started due to being a victim of domestice violence and instead of the 5th precinct police which they were called to my home on numerous occasions due to Craig Berkhans abuse and severe alcoholic behavior and drug abuse with mood swings disrupting all in household and the court system not doing the right thing in regards to facts and evidence when Craig Berkhan was abusing me the 5th precinct:

Ferrera to date has never contacted me nor has he ever been held accountable for the fraud even though Det Ferrera stated to me he had a 6 page rap sheet as a con artist and was on probation for previous offenses.

5th pct. while I was detained in hospital due to there false report allowed Craig Berkhan to illegally enter household and stage premises and then use what he did in court proceedings. I got accused of "throwning the contents of furnishing of my home on deck including my sons crib. I was 5'4 under 150 lbs and I struggle picking up anything over 40 lbs so how could I have possibly beat up numerous cops as per Larry Vessia's claim to court?

I was fine the next day but because of the cops report I was held against my wishes for 84 hours between Brookhaven Hop then transferred to Brunswick due to the police report .My mother who was witness and my attorney that I was fine after being sedated the next day, as well as my former attorney

He violated two orders of protection in 2005 and 2006 by testing positive for drugs never held in contempt but instead of the police and court doing the right thing they instead gave him custody of my son through unjust court proceedings and he abused my son in 5/2007 founded CPS report..

Yes is true court corrptions and judge favoritism are comun, I live a situation like that but not onlly non american citizen this happening to american citizens,perjury made by the looser are not prosecuted by judges they dont care about who lieSome judge dont know about emotional psychological damages and they said was fabricated.Good lawyer lost their cases do to corruptions and friendship of lwayer and court employee judge, secretaries etc so why to hire a good lawyer wh is not judge friend

Corruption takes over slowly, like cancer. If 1% of she says is true than that 1% should be prosecuted. Why is there no investigation or prosecution on these allegations? Why are her children being neglected now and she not allowed to care for those children?
