First he concedes that Lincoln didn't fight the war to end slavery, then asks Dr. Paul how long Lincoln was supposed to allow slavery to continue? What? He is essentially saying that although Lincoln did not invade the South to end slavery, the War killing 600,000 was justified because he DID end slavery. And Dr. Paul is asking why 600,000 needed to die when they could have ended slavery peacefully like every other nation.

Why is this even an issue? I think every educated person knows that Lincoln was an agressive military dictator, and that the civil war had nothing to do with slavery. These people are asses. Lincoln didn't "save the Union". The Union was a voluntary association of free states into a republic. Go to the British Library in London, England; and you can find EXACT excerpts specifically to the origins of history about Abraham Lincoln.
It's amazing how different history is from the truth. Ron Paul was quoting those exact texts.

These three interviewers don't know Jack about history. The agenda is still trying to make us believe the Civil War was needed to abolish slavery. The North was in an economic crisis with loans owed to the South, and they demanded continued funding because their own bankers kept stealing all the money. So, they just decided to rob the bank of the South.

And just for the record, it is well known to everyone who studies history in detail that Ab Lincoln was a "Free soiler." He believed in white supremacy and thought that all new territories of the united states should not have slaves, not because it was immoral, but because he didn't want working whites to have to compete against cheap slave labor.

Paul again shows his genius and knowledge of the TRUE history and all these idiots can say is "go read the stuff they taught me in 4th grade."
The only history these idiots know about is what was shoved down their throats in their piss poor educational system.
Paul is a rarity in the fact that he doesn't take things at face value, he actually researches and digs for the real truth, which makes me respect him even more.
