Recently I thought it would be really tasty to make risotto with coconut milk [& kidney beans and stock]. It sounded like a great combination! But somehow the rice swallowed the coconutiness even though I put lots in and I essentially ended up with gruel that had kidney beans in it!
God I've had some crazy moments when hungry. Like the potato gnocchi with cheese and other unsavory ingredients in my cupboard. It sounded so good! It so was not!
I've still got to email you that Creme Brulee recipe!
The only 'disaster' I can remember is that last week I tried to do stuffed peppers, but I got impatient and pulled it out of the oven before it was soft enough for the skin to be removed. Would have tasted much better if I could have pulled the skin.
I will totally make this recipe. Lately I've been experimenting with broccoli and spaghetti together, also just with olive oil and garlic, but this looks way more delectable than what I've managed to do so far. Yum.

I liked this dish. I made something similar with Penne pasta and tossed all the ingredients in a non stick pan with the cheese to melt. Not vegan, but still very good!

You should do some stir-fry recipes! :D both vegan and vegetarian, maybe involving water chestnuts and broccoli? I'm running out of ideas for sauces to use and I'm trying to find/make lower fat/caloric sauces

Why would you eat vegan?? Its so damn unhealthy and ridiculous! eatin nothin from animals? Why? Because we would steal from them...come on thats stupid!
@MachtenCH There are many, many reasons people choose to be vegan, and I happen to have a lot of vegan viewers. It would be irresponsible of me to only cook things I like to eat, since the point of my channel is to be community focused.
@flawedartist yeah i didnt mean to be rude against people that cannot eat thing because of an illness or so, but if you are vegan by choice (i knew one, who wouldnt eat anything from animals, because he said it belongs to them...) then i would say meh...but i think it is good that you also do recipes like that for people who ask for them :-) And pasta...i wouldnt say no to any pasta :-D
To be fair, riboflavin and thiamin are vitamins B1 and B2, I don't think they replace the eggs, but that's no reason to go with dry pasta, that is agreed. And great cooking vid, as always!
Okay, I just made this, and it was SO FUCKING GOOD. It only took like ten minutes to make too. Awesome.

@sepiasunrise Add the coconut milk at the end with some regiano or parmesan cheese.
As for the kidney beans.. I'm not too sure, I would imagine it would turn to paste
