I think (since I don't know a whole ton about permanent make up) that it's basically the same process as tattooing, just applying permanent make up that will last permanently, it may fade as years go by though (or so ive seen since my best friends mom had permanent eye liner)

Much more information on eye brow from what there is for eyeliner. Been thinking about getting permanent eyeliner but today someone that I work with said that it looks like a fagot. well got to work this noe out before going permanent. For $75 I can get it done by a student supervised by the master. So I have been using tempory just to get the feel of it and I like it. Next to decide how thick to make it.
