If you base their powers off of age naruto and luffy were stronger than goku when he was their age(dragonball). Give one piece and naruto enough time to grow up and mature and they might be powerful enough to destroy worlds. You can't compare kids to a grown man...

In the video game they change One piece and Naruto`s power higher and lower DBZ due to them going into the same world the mass of power has shifted.

So there all the same level of power.Even if One Piece and Naruto were already equal.

It's not even a debate whether DBZ characters would own Naruto and One Piece characters. Let me put it thais way... Broly destroyed an entire galaxy and maybe more. Goku's Spirit Bomb can destroy the Earth ACCIDENTALLY. Goku could one-man the entire Naruto roster and then go for the One Piece characters fr desert.

yes, they would, but in a video game the producers normaly even out the powers... (such as in DBZ Budokai Tenkiachi 3, SSJ4 Gogeta can be beat by General Blue, from the original Dragon Ball)
