You are absolutely correct. Unfortunately, most people don't understand this until they've caused significant damage to themselves and have spent years making "charitable contributions" to pharmaceutical companies (trying to suppress their body's symptoms).

Anyone that knows even the slightest little bit about health and longevity knows wheat grass is a huge and amazing part of any raw food diet which again if you have done any research at all is the only true healthy diet around that is curing people of cancer as well as most other ailments. Raw, organic, live food beats everything. End of story.

@jimprice09 dude, the first benefit should be recognizable within about 3 days , at least it was for me, I feel very horny about ten minutes to an hour or two after ingestion, then in about a week, my body felt kind of numb and strong as if I had just worked out after ingestion, but it might hurt the teeth a bit for the first month or so, but you get used to it. combine with ingestion of small amt. of activated charcoal, any kind of hot clay bath, and in 2 months you feel like your 20 again.

You can go to any natural food market. I work at whole foods market and they sell it there. I actually go into the seed aisle every week and buy hard red winter wheat berries and grow the wheat grass myself. It really does only take 10 days or so to go from seed to harvest
