It's called Butterfly. You can find it on the Dance Cance Revolution soundtrack. This is a remix of it. There are like 4 or so remixes of it (maybe more). I'm not sure of the original artist but I see DJ Mystik as one source.
This is soo great.... The song is friggin catchy, and I love Princess Tutu (no matter WHAT my friends say, the Eng. version messed up on a LOT of the voices...)
