Great item yet no clear convention of how you carry the tab around. Held in the hand while walking looks and feels clumsy. In a bag or backpack leads to scratching the screen and a pain retrieving and returning the tab. I think the development of Tablets might become more assistant as a virtual reality device. A visor raised or lowered would allow for a combined world interaction.

Sometimes i felt like it was up to a monkey to evaluate whether the apps were worthy or not. I dont see samsung galaxy tabs being brought into classrooms? They're perfect for business/education use.

Is it a great work tool? Not at all.

Can it get you out of a bind? Yes, but it requires remote desktopping or else a public computer and dropbox can do it.

Are the games worth it? No (aside from emulators...Android only).

Are the apps worth it? Do you have a smartphone? Then not really.

What IS great?

Battery life is so amazing. Especially on my transformer with keyboard (16+ hours).

I do like the Apple Ipad design which looks more classy and nice but in terms of practicality, i think the Tab is better. I get so frustrated with the Ipad when i try to open my email attachment which most of the time doesn't support. With the TAB there is no such issues which is great. If you can afford it, get both! But if you have to choose just one, i think the TAB will be a better choice. That is my personal opinion.

This is the 10.1V (for vodafone).... it had the best specs on the market, but since it wasn't as thin as the iPad 2, they cut the specs. This WAS the fastest Galaxy Tab, but unfortunately this is no longer available for international sale.

The quad core Nvidia Tegra 3 "Kal-El" processor is coming with the next Android tablets generation. Take a look at the Asus Transformer Prime... this is gonna be amazing. I didn't wait because all the new gadgets take too much time to come to my country...
