@thakernikhil Eat above your calorie recommendation and make sure ur getting at least 150 grams of protein a day. It's a lot but using whey and casein protein will help with that.

Will it help do straddle/full planche pushups, front/back lever, regular/one arm handstands, straddle press to handstand, muscle ups on bars?
@pallerellos 12 weeks...I would not be happy with this kind of results. Remeber to get a six pack, you need to develop the large muscles: Chest, Lats, Quads, Biceps...

Kan verkligen rekomendera "rage" från Fairing som jag tog ca 30 min innan träning, ger en enorm energikick. Men som sagt, resten av maten är minst lika viktig.

Your results are amazing! One question though; I have heard some people say that they can't drink and do P90X. Is this true? I am not referring to undergrad style binge drinking, but social-weekend drinking rather is a big part of my lifestyle. Your thoughts?
@fluffy2700 slowly going away...but thats just up to me to controle...you can´t keep a p365x going really. I would say p90x is the ultimate "kickstart" and the rest is up to you. To keep in reasonable shape, I would say that you´ll need to keep some regular training going, maybe 2-3 days/week or so..or you could just take a break and get back on the crazy-train when in need. There are no shortcuts, or magic methods..only a healthy way of life will keep you healthy. P90x is a fantastic start.
@pallerellos I think after 90 days take a break for 30 days with 3 days running/3days training chest/biceps, back/legs, triceps/shoulders, after that go for another 90 days complete that, and keep just running 30 minutes 3 days a week, and 3 days a week just push ups, pull ups, abs, and a bit of everything, train just 30 minutes a day that's all, results will not going anywhere if keeping like this

@Lucaswaxmann Hi, I have to say that the only way to manage the mealplan is to try to focus on the calories and the balance with carbs, fat and protein. Try a few recipes and the stick with some favorites. And then try to improvise. I also complimented with protein shakes and vitamin supplements, since eating an 11 egg-white omelet every morning is to crazy for me. Good luck !

@crazyspooks10 Hi, I used a protein from the brand Fairing and the calorie intake I can´t remember anymore, but I just did the calculation in the nutrition-plan. It was a lot though :) I also ate a lot of different protein-bars.
What nutrition phase did you start out with b/c my body type is a bit similar to what yours was before you started P90x.. let me know, b/c i'm kinda confused on that area

@cwatkin111 You can drink but you need to be careful. List of acceptable drink goes like this.
Least harmful to worse.
1. Red wine
2. White wine
3. Guiness (I'm not kidding..it's not very fattening)
4. Hard liquor whites
5. Hard liquor browns
6. Beer (yes even sh*tty light beers are terrible for you)
Also, the more you drink the more you should avoid carbs...especially on the drinking days.

@fluffy2700 slowly going away...but thats just up to me to controle...you can´t keep a p365x going really. I would say p90x is the ultimate "kickstart" and the rest is up to you. To keep in reasonable shape, I would say that you´ll need to keep some regular training going, maybe 2-3 days/week or so..or you could just take a break and get back on the crazy-train when in need. There are no shortcuts, or magic methods..only a healthy way of life will keep you healthy. P90x is a fantastic start.

@pallerellos I think after 90 days take a break for 30 days with 3 days running/3days training chest/biceps, back/legs, triceps/shoulders, after that go for another 90 days complete that, and keep just running 30 minutes 3 days a week, and 3 days a week just push ups, pull ups, abs, and a bit of everything, train just 30 minutes a day that's all, results will not going anywhere if keeping like this

@Lucaswaxmann Hi, I have to say that the only way to manage the mealplan is to try to focus on the calories and the balance with carbs, fat and protein. Try a few recipes and the stick with some favorites. And then try to improvise. I also complimented with protein shakes and vitamin supplements, since eating an 11 egg-white omelet every morning is to crazy for me. Good luck !

@UItimatesnake Hi, I had a tripod with my camera set up in one end of the room and I had made two markings with tape on the floor so I stood in the same place every week.

What was your protien you used to gain muscle? Also what was your calorie intake per day? Good stuff favorited. Amazing results. I too did p90x (but i stopped 17days left because I had gone to a cruise and got lazy when i got back haha), and insanity (never posted a video of that though). Thanks in advance.

@crazyspooks10 Hi, I used a protein from the brand Fairing and the calorie intake I can´t remember anymore, but I just did the calculation in the nutrition-plan. It was a lot though :) I also ate a lot of different protein-bars.

What nutrition phase did you start out with b/c my body type is a bit similar to what yours was before you started P90x.. let me know, b/c i'm kinda confused on that area

@franklyn87 Hey, well I started with Phase 1 as it says in the nutrition plan. I fit in to the Level 2 when calculating the calorie need.

@specfever Hi, I didn´t measure the fat % and the weight only differed about 8 pounds in the end, but then again, since you loose fat and build muscle at the same time, then the weight shouldn´t differ so much.
