I use to think Kate(aka the bell witch) was just a poltergeist but as I've looked at all the little pranks she would pull on my family and others who got involved, she acts more like an imp.

You can also read a descendant's book, The Bell Witch of TN by Charles Bailey Bell. My grandmother's friends loaned me the book in 1967. They remembered elderly Bell family members who wouldn't discuss the "witch."

Said he died from a blue vial the ghost " left " on the table. It said " Drink Me " on the tab, so I don't believe that much of the story.

Actually, it is a spirit and not a witch. Back in the 1800's, they called it witches since they did not have any other name and there were events in the U.S. that was involving witches. A Bell Family Member
I grew up in the Nashville area and in the second grade we took a feild trip to the Bell Witch Plantation. They never let us tour the cave, where a lot of activity had been reported. They did have us go through a haunted house, where they hired actors to scare the shit out of us by jumping out at us. I also read a book written by one of John Bell's descendants, which went into detail of the account. that shit used to scare me as a kid!!!!!
I'm just going to say that I am from this area of Tennessee and this stuff is real. I've done the play for 2 years in a row and so much unexplainable crazy things happen all the time. There are many stories to tell. Don't believe the movie because A LOT of that stuff is just Hollywood in the story.

To be honest, I have no idea as to a specific place. I have only been there once a few years ago, and I haven't been back since. Sorry! But, I'm sure you'll find something sooner or later. My advice is to not try too hard to experience anything, and it will come to you. =)
Hello Tomokunll: I am waiting again for it as I have experience it back in the 1960's in MS. As I said earlier, I will be back in Adams in June 2008. Also, I may go to MS. in June 2008 as well to visit and document more family genelogy of the Bell Family.
