It is quite funny how, Luka has a English voicebank and a Japanese one, so she is more fluent and speaks English easily than Gumi and other vocaloids. But in this video, Gumi sounds a lot better at English than her! Also I know Luka means something in Japanese, but I found out, Luka means Habour in Serbian! guess you learn something new everyday? :3
