I smoked 2 packs of Camel Filters a day for over 30 years and I just celebrated 3 years without one puff of tobacco. My dad and my grandfather both died of lung cancer. When I hit 50 I knew if I didn't kick that monkey I was going to carry on the tradition of dying from smoking tobacco. It was the hardest thing Ive ever had to do but I did it. Ive been 100% tobacco free for over 3 years !!!!!!!!!!!!

ey man, i got interested in your videos because I just got out of the army and the first thing i did the hour i got out was smoke weed. now i regret smoking it because I know that I will become chronic and let weed use me instead of me using it. i got a problem with tobacco too. i just wanna stay healthy and drug free for good. i'm 28, and i'm not getting any younger. anyways, the weed video about artists glorifying weed was good.
