@94vujke I use Freeware licence for Eagle. After I draw schematic, I select Board, and program offers me to create board form shematic. It also draw board boundary. Boundary is as large as License allows it. Free-ware is 100mm x 80mm. Boundary can be changed to smaller size with the tools for drawing wires: Wire, Circle, Arc you can also split it. Only thing you must make sure is to use layer Dimensions in order to show lines of your border in correct color.

Sorry but this is time lapse of hand placed components. Routing is also done manually . So no magic program was used to make the board.
