1. Yes. EMU is fine.

2. No. If you make something new, that would be rad.

3. No. Audio can be whatever you want, even silence. (That's the first point covered in the video!)

The contest will run for awhile yet, as I am definetely hoping for some "legendary" vids to pop up. Hopefully people will actually make some videos just for the contest. Mario Paint works really well on an emulator, using the computer mouse to draw.
