@TheHessian Yeah its to do with the sidecar being on the wrong side, since we deem it necessary to drive on the wrong side compared to everyone else. Strange that left hand drive cars are legal though. I don't have a car licence so ride motorcycles all year round, it would be a joy to travel to work in the white stuff on the Ural! I suppose the standard sidecar outfit is still an option.

Awesome! This has a fixed axle drive with chair and rear axle inline if I'm not mistaken. And no differential! hat means if you leave it on the street with the chair drive locked in, no thief will get very far with it! X¬D

If this isn't cool I don't know what is. Local dealer just got a couple of these in. I'm seriously considering one for year-round fun here in the midwest. How fast would you recommend riding while having 2wd engaged (assuming you're in the snow)?

As fast as you can keep control. If the ground/road is straight and level, full throttle. Stopping, turning, unlevel ground, ice, snow drifts etc...  can get tricky. Take it real cautious at first, the side car offers some learning curves. other drivers are a bigger threat in snow.

@TheHessian I think I found my new hunting/offroad/all purpose/all season ultimate motorcycle! The Ural Gear Up video is INSANE how fast they go and how much air and power they have! Screw ATV's! These babies are 10 times better! What's the top speed (MPH) of these bad mothers? The hell with a Deuce M35! This is my new toy!!!!! How much do they usually sell for in the US?

no extra weight, just the gas can and an empty ammo can. turning with the sidecar out is very stable, turning with the sidecar in on the other hand.. fly the chair
