And i'm asking you is that okey? For example if I do heavy sets in monday and do more sets with lighter weight on tuesday and so on and so on..will that give me the results I want? I want a big strong neck..for my ego mostly. Wish you well and stay healthy and strong!
@NikolayOrlovski I would only do the neck program 3 days per week if you want to gain more size. If it is strictly for looks the that is what I suggest. This will give you time to recover and of course you need to eat big to get big. Also check out my TNT neck dvd in my products section at my website I cover all my training info on neck/trap work. My routine, philosophy, reps, sets everything.
Greetings from Bulgaria Mr. Machine! I'm 18 years old and i'm 95 kilos now..i have trained since i was 14 years old and i'm pretty big now for my age. I always have lifted heavy but never had that big thick neck. A month ago I searchet in google for neck workouts and your videos came out and i started watching them. I started doing the 3 exercieses 3 times a week. I think that you are a great person for sharing that with us! My question is, I'm about to start doing light days and heavy days
I hurt the back of my neck in football last fall and it still hasnt completly healed as a few days ago i re injured it in a jiu jitsu class. any tips on how i should rehab and make this muscle stronger?
@JamesCherewyk1 Sorry James but I'm not qualifed to give that kind of advice without training you and knowing the situation. I suggest you seek out the opinion of a medical expert and see what they have to say. Sorry bro :(
idk if you know "John Cena" but do you know how he got his neck to be thick, long and straight? usually when i see people with thick necks, its only thick without the long part or straight part.
@Roberdots1 It depends on what you are going for, if it is for size then 3 days per week with day of rest in between days. if it is for grappling or fighting then I train mine 5 days, sometimes 6 if I'm in the gym.
@monocotstem Did you not read the above response @Roberdots1? As I have said time and time again...It depends on what your goals are. I was a competitive Submission Wrestler from 1996-2000. I have wrestled since I was 13. My goal was to have my neck so strong that it would not get tired from being pulled during my match or in the practice room. I built my neck up to 20" at my biggest, it worked for me.
@MultiHellojohn I can't really answer your question because I am not familair with your body and such. But many people that have used my program have gained an inch within a month of training. I suggest you search out adam glass or ryan pitts, both used my program and got great results. Thanks and hope this helps.
