Needs to have camera closer to what you are preparing so we can see what you are doing, and a bit more lighting on the area you are working on .... but well done! I've only just acquired a cast iron casserole so my experiment yet to happen :-)
I think this is a nice video. The presenter, however, is forever touching her hair! Yikes (see: 4:09 just prior to mixing the bread! Ewwww! ) Please consider tying hair back for future videos.
Please do more videos your beautiful and great with food.

Believe me, I'm well aware of my hair touching...this was my very first video, and I was a bit nervous...in future video's my hair will be tied back.

dry active yeast needs to be started in warm water. its probably instant yeast your using (jim lahey also seems to use a lot)
