A friend of mine bit on a piece of METAL in a hungry jacks chicken burger, from their faulty cooker, the burger was purchased at the Mentone store in Victoria
That's so freakin' funny. The redhead played the fink, Cameron, in Dead Poets Society, and the other guy played Buddy, the brother, in Just One of the Guys.
The puffy-haired kid who played Buddy, also played Mikey, Parker's guitar playing best friend in Parker Lewis Can't Lose. He's also done commercials that's I've just seen recently.
Oh yeah, AND only at the very end where they are eating, the kid second to the left with the plaid shirt is Keith Coogan. He was the boy in Adventures in Babysitting...obviously not the redhead boy, the other one.
Yeah, really...good that they cut her out of the 30-sec version, which also eliminated the opening "orientation" scene, leaving only the final scene @ McD's as the sole non-jingle portion.
Oh-ho, first day of school is tough on these "Typical American Teenagers"(TM), but by the end of the day, they're getting the hang of things! And let's top it off with a trip to McDonald's right after school. McDonalds is so good at demonstrating what real kids are like.
I remember this commercial, a classic 1980s commercial, actor Billy Jacoby (in the yellow and white shite) I remember him in the 1982 film "The Beastmaster" as the young Dar and he had a big role on the 1985 classic comedy film "Just One of the Guys". He also starred in the TV series "Parker Lewis Can't Lose". Billy Jacoby is sometimes credited as Billy Jayne.
This was before my time, being born in 1987, I was probably a tot or not born yet when it came out. This is a perfect representation, however, of what I thought Junior High School would be like after coming out of my safe environment as an Elementary School kid.
this advert is actually a recruitment advert. Explanation. The kids leave school at the end of the day. they discuss how hard school is and decide to eat the delicious food displayed in front of them. gradually their brains rot, they fail school and end up in the vicious cycle actually working for mcdonalds pushing the same food to their own kids. Some of them even end up working in marketing creating the next advert.
I remember seeing this commercial when I was a little kid in around 4th grade or so and it made me sooo scared about high school. I literally thought that you could only open your locker by hitting it in a specific pattern with your shoulders and your elbow.
Morgan Spurlock didn't get fat by eating Mcdonald's. He got fat because he ate very large portions of food every day, every meal, for a month and limited his mobility.
I had similar problems as well, but since I had to go see some teen flicks in the 80's like Breakfast Club, I might've gotten the ropes of it tied pretty well.
your right i agree and im a female i hated high school espcially the jocks, the burnt outs , the trouble makers, the gossips, the princesses, the sluts, and all the fucking sheep that followed every thing that these groups did
i think that pass chick became a prosecutor or a cop. some kind of authority figure.
