Needs a lot of work! It has a lot of exterior wood rot & damage; missing A/C, strange & unfinished siding & exterior trim work, landscaping needs love, too. Roof looks nice. Inside is basically the same condition; missing appliances (stove, dishwasher, frig, stove vent), kitchen needs repair, it appears to have been remodeled (enclosed porch to living area). Priced low but will need a lot of money to bring up to par. If it wasn't for the neighborhood I would have nothing nice to say.
