I think the typical medical recommendation is that you should eat one once of dark chocolate (at least 65% cacao) everyday. Of course, that means you have to keep it around the house so it won't last very long. Personally, I prefer chocolate that has at least 80% cacao.

You didn't mention English/British chocolate at all. It's pretty good too, ya know. Instead of the vegetable oils American chocolate makers generally use, across the pond we use more dairy products and it makes creamier chocolate instead. I love stuff like Dairy Milk 'cos it's what I was raised with, but there's a lot of good belgian stuff out there too. And of course, Toblerone owns everything.
