My mother took us to the meetings when I was 8 yrs old, loved it. My sisters sung with gene martin (the stallworth gospel singers) richard page should remember them.
I use to fall asleep to David Davis music.Truly an inspiration in my youth.I play organ now because of this man.I have some friends that has a album when Billy preston use to be A A allen,Him n David Davis did a album together.bet ya didnt know that.
I'll always miss the days of making music on the Hammond & Steinway with my mentor and friend, David Davis. (Btw- I am the guy throwing in a few licks on the piano.)
What happened to the drummer after AA Allen past on ? It must have been catastrophic when he past away ! Did AA Allen's drummer go to another ministry ?
@paulduray1 David Mangum was the drummer. Not sure where he is today, but my Dad is also a drummer and worked at Miracle Valley...he knew David Mangum and was just talking about him the other day. Maybe he's on facebook?
I'm a musician myself and I learned alot of my cords from David Davis he was one of my Musicial mentors and I am forever greatful for his albums and talent as a Musician!!
I am only 35, but i remeber sittin in front of the record player at my grandmoms house listening to David Davis and AA Allen. My Dad and grandparents loved there ministry and so did I. This is Awesome to see clips. THanks
My Daddy LOVED David Davis organ!! He used to play this album our old stereo and I used to listen to it as a child. Daddy was also an organist and played any instrument he picked up by ear. Very talented!

I sung in the Miracle valley Choir and knew Bro. David Davis and Richard Page plus choir leader the Rev. Gene Marin and there was never a more powerful anointed man of God then the late Rev. A.A.Allen. My days at Miracle Valley Assembly in Miracle Valley, AZ are most dear to my heart forever more:
My friend, David, that plays the Hammond Organ plays a lot like David Davis. He said that when he was learning that he wanted to play like him and he sounded a lot like him when he used to play in our tent meetings. Those AA Allen recordings, etc are something else. Have a good day.
OMG...this is fantastic!! I can't even explain how this makes me feel and how much I enjoy listening to it!

Oh flip the script. Two annointed white guys playing some sanctified chords for some Black folks. Usually it's the reverse.
