  • can u do them in the oven? and for how long?

  • sweet baby rays is the best and it is cheap, they alway have it on sale at walmart.

  • How hot should the grill be when you first start?

  • If you haven't tried it you need to try Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce. It has a white label and you can't miss it. Walmart sells it and it is spectacular!!

  • I am so fat/greedy. Im eating ribs while watching how to make them lmao !

  • there good i made some myself there easy thanks

  • This are the best country ribs ummmm fuck.i want some

  • Yeah, I'm 15 I don't I can get beer, oh well, looks like it water for me lol. Those ribs do look really good

  • KRAFT BBQ sauce... come on

  • @Sathirel2 ..lol...learn something new everyday, eh Sath? Kraft Original is used as a base sauce in more bbq competitions than any other brand. Most Pitmasters start with it and then tweek it to make it their own..! If you're feeding a ton of people at an event, then you sure as hell are not going to be brewin' gallons of your own brew the day before. Time is money, boy..! lol

  • @BarbecueWeb Well. I just dont like the taste of that sauce, but I should try with all your ingredient ^^ I'm just... Really... septic =) Keep up the good work, every videos looks yummyyyyy

  • @BarbecueWeb.... that comeback was pure class,..God Bless YOU!!

  • woahhhhh woahhhhhh I'm 16 and I've never watched a single episode of epicmealtime THIS is for awesome people who want real food

  • Where as epicmealtime is for preteens, bbq pit boys is for the refined gentleman

  • This is pre-EPICMEALTIME ;)

  • How do you keep the temperature up all the time in your video's? Do you keep adding coals during the breaks?

  • damn it now i'm hungry...

  • This is better than sex.

  • can i do the same but in the oven at the same temp and time?

  • I cook my ribs pretty much the same way with only a few differences. I season my ribs before I put the bbq sauce on them. To the sauce I add a few othere things including a cup+ of Jack Daniels. Then I put them on the grill. When the weather doesn't let me bbq outside, I season my ribs then put them in the oven at 300 degrees for 1 1/2hr, take them out and pour off the fat, then drench them with sauce then back in the oven for another 1 1/2 hr. They come out just as tender.

  • @barbiewmn you cooked YOUR Ribs!?!??!? just kidding dude, maybe i'll try that oven thing you did there

  • You fellas are LEGIT!! This recipe has made me a hero with the fandamly. Thanks for the good eats!!

  • those look great.. I am making some tomorrow.. and i'll do it exactly how it was done in the video. thanks.

  • no in fact i dont smell them ribs :P

  • I do not eat pork. can you give me a substitute?

  • @nsalshamsi GTFO!

  • @nsalshamsi Try pig !

  • @nsalshamsi human or dog taste good too.very similar...

  • OMGWTFBBQ

  • oh my god! :O

  • HOW CAN U PUT BEER IN BBQ????????????+

  • @NMHAJA its a technique that is used A LOT in BBQ, how could u not know???

  • yhum

  • This is the recipie I'm going to use tonight. All the other recipies I found were calling for a 3-5 hour cook time. This will be much more efficient. Subscribed!

  • @TheWakeProject tell us how it goes!

  • @hockey3761 They were awesome! The only difference is I couldnt find an aluminum pan so I had to simmer them in a dutch oven for an hour, but man they were tender and delicious. Thanks for the video!

  • That looks good. I bet you could do chicken like that too.

  • Say,...can u cook those straight on the grill and not in that little pan u had???

  • @mrrikewill yes, you'll want to cook them low and slow though, ie: indirect, preferably with smoke, as all those are, are sliced up pork shoulder, and you'll want to give it time to break down the connective tissue and render the fat.

  • omg its so tender

  • can i use this same recipe with beef ribs?

  • Fix'n to fire up the pit and do some of these right now.

  • Work that sauce!

  • 3-4 people? You mean 3-4 real man right?

  • awesome, i wanna' eat the whole plate ;D

  • It's time to fire up the grill. Nice job!

  • watch out for the food sheriff.

  • fuck man I would eat that whole plate myself

  • damn if i ever come to america you got to make me some of these!

  • @OldRelayer you are not cooking at the right temp then. Cook them at 225 using 2 zone method as he shows. The temp should be 185 to 190 in the center. Any ribs cooked low and slow for 4 to 5 hours at 220 to 225 until internal temp hits 185 to 190 will be tender as can be. If you are reading the temp gauge mounted on some grills then that is the problem. Get you 2 thermometers as shown in video...one on grill and one on hood. Go to amazingribs . com for more info....great site !

  • If you find a butcher you can just full racks of country ribs through i've heard they are that long.

  • That looks like some good BBQ! I'm doin it up right tonite!!!!!!!!!

  • is it wrong that I'm slightly turned on by these vids? lol

  • @r0adkill24 ha ha ha ha! I just ejaculated!

  • OMG, nums, nums, nums!!!!!

  • How cruel it is to see this guy eating such delicious ribs and being unable to eat them NOW!

  • oh man i need some,oh shit

  • good old american food eeeeeeemmmmmmmmm

  • @SOLIDSNAKEXXX360 chill with that noise and just enjoy the video!

  • You might wanna try and cook them in the pan for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I do this exact same recipe just cook it longer, they come out very very tender.

  • For the unfortunite...we also have BBQ Bat...dark meat but real good !!!

  • Maybe someday.. true, hard working Americans might show some lazy, unwilling, welfare recipients how to cook some good food on the BBQ !!! Well in your case... some pigeon, dove, and a few seagulls.

  • The comment about it being too much BBQ sauce. We just put it in a jar and use it, it is full of flavor.

This method is more like brasing than BBQ cooking but for the end where you glaze them. Every time I send my wife to get ribs she always comes back with these country style, they are quite inexpensive compared to baby back ribs and a whole lot more meat. I can never get them tender, I thought for sure this would do it, but it didn't. I followed the directions.

  • food porn...

  • jesus christ i am hungry now. brilliant channel this .. to the point and entertaining keep it up its guud

  • @pcfaulkner I already called for Jesus when I was hungry !!!!

  • @e081194eng ok he is eating at yours, i shall change my comment to.... gordon bennet i am hungry now.

  • hehe this is best recepie i ever saw!!!!

  • wow....Can I use wine instead of Beer.?

  • can you do this with a slab of rib ??

  • So much sauce!

  • DAAYYYUUMM

  • no beer is important water will just evaporate xD

  • these cuts of meat are WAY easier to do in the oven, and get the same result. Set the oven to 325-350, put the ribs in a pyrex baking pan, with about 1/2 inch of water in to. Cover and seal with foil, and cook for 3-4 hours. when done, separate meat from fat/bone, put on a cookie sheet and brush with sauce, then broil till sauce bubbles and is just a little black, then do the same on the other side. Fantastic and cheap.

  • Geld verschwendung als ob ich drei oder vier flaschen sause kaufe

  • will the oven do just as well?

  • this aing grilling or BBQ'ing but i am sure they are tasty

  • MAN !!! i tried that recipe here in my small german village yesterday evening an now i am something like an barbecue god . all my friends wanted more and more...and more !! they asked me where i get the recipe from... and i said : you have to ask the americans :-) !!love your stuff !! Hulkamania !!!!

  • @Dorni2405 wenn du dir die anderen Rippchen ankuckst, diese ganzen langen teile, dann wird man echt neidisch, weil du sowas hier garnicht bekommst ^^ ich jedenfalls nicht in meinem Dorf hier xD

  • 3 bottles of barbecue sauce? definitely could have used 2 and the beer and been fine. seems like a lot of wasted sauce at the end

  • oooohh god.... *-*

  • i wish i can have those ribs every day :(

  • Famous Daves BBQ sauce is the best! Fuck you all!

  • I think I'm gunna fire up the WSM tonight!

    THAT TASTE GUUUD!

  • my brother will be home from the marines end of this month and we r cookin out! other bro is smokin 2 briskets & im grillin these! thx bbq pit boys ive tried the recipe the other day and it is fucking delish!

  • Put this guy's voice on the menu and I will order it all day :-)

  • svinjo debela mrtva da bog da umro od holesterola

  • I can personally vouch for this recipe as being awesome. I made it twice, and like other Pit Boys recipes, the only problem was I didn't make enough. They were gone in about 5 minutes.

Keep grillin, and I'll keep watchin!

  • His voice is so manly :))) !! AWESOME VIDEO !!

  • No smoke?????????????

  • This is precisely what country style ribs should look like. damn!! Good job.

  • This is the method I use to make my ribs, however I put mine in the oven at 300 for 10 hours, half way through I turn them over and baste them. After 10 hours, I get rid of all the greasy sauce/beer liquid and a fresh bottle of bbq sauce and cook for another hour. Serve with fries and salad. mmmm mmmm mmmmmmm

  • You evil meat eating carnivores. Dont you know a vegetarian diet is healthier than killing poor animals!!!!

Na just kidding, "You cant grill it til you kill it" Serve me up a plate of those.

  • them ribs look mighty good......just think what a hard working man can do with those tender and juicy country ribs....it reminds me when my daddy on those lazy afternoons used to throw some ribs on the pit and cook'em for me and my mom....while my daddy cooked them ribs my mom would get the corn out of our own yard and boil them ....cause as my daddy used to say " that is just how i like them"....them memories are long gone....now it is just me and my sweet memories...and that is just fine...

  • how come you never throw some of em taters in there?

  • U should work with EPIC MEALTIME !!

  • this is torture!

  • Damn, this is one manly show!

  • i'm very interested in the food you cook, it looks so great that i could just eat my computer monitor, if you could, would it be possible to tell me what would be a great way to start barbequeing? i've noticed in a couple videos that you have another "gas" grill in the back? i'm assuming that charcoal grills are better, where did you find your kind of charcoal grill, how much do you usually spend on supplies for a video. (food ingerdiants) if you can't tell me that, could you send me some food?

  • I don't get it. One of the things that is supposed to be good about this cooking method is that it is healthier because the fat gets rendered off the meat into the sauce. Why does he spoon the sauce over the ribs??????

  • dude this is awesome, I just saw the funniest Barbecuing video in such a long time,

check it out search Barbecuing with women it is HILARIOUS!!! HAHA GREAT VIDEO!!

  • @xXxUniversexXx how in the hell could you not like the taste of beer?

  • I was surprised on the brand and type of bbq sauce you guys used I figured it would have been homemade sauce or a diffrent brand pretty cool you used cheap bbq sauce

  • goshhhh looks sooo yummy im tryin this this weekend =)

  • Simmering ribs in BBQ sauce > boiling them in water.

  • I just had a BBQ orgasm.

  • @CombatAbuse lol!! I was just thinking the same thing, or feeling the same thing lol!!!!!!

  • Did the same way and it was incredible.

  • is their anyway to not use all that barbeque sauce i like my bbq sauce but thts rediculous

  • I think I can do this:)

  • Could you do this in the oven?

  • red neck heaven

  • finally, some man stuff

  • OHHH MY GOD I WANT SOME! You've made me so hungry and I had a massive roast only 3 hours ago...

  • I know these are shoulder country style ribs but I wonder if you can do the same to pork loin country style ribs?

  • If the North Korean people saw this video it might incite another Tunisia, Libya etc.

  • Kraft BBQ Sauce??????

  • ohhh yeah i can smell'em through my computer....looks good :)

  • I am literally in "Hog Heaven" after preparing this today!

They sure didn't last long once they hit the plates!

  • is that robert johnson i hear in the background? ^^

  • I only watch this to see the food

Because I don't have the Equipments...

  • Instead of beer you can use Coke or plain lime juice to sweeten the ribs.

  • Oh yeah. that's flavor country right there.

  • I do mine like that too. When I am having a large crowd I cut the meat in 2" pieces so they are almost like BBQ hors'd'vours. When doing the final browning and glaze I have a massive pile of rib chunks about 8" high on the center of the grille on high heat constantly tossing them stir fry style until they are browned to my liking. My guests like to hang around the grille and drool during that part. My home made Jack Daniels Molasses BBQ sauce doesn't hurt either.

  • This is THE BEST way to do country style ribs bar none. Fricking delicious!

  • hey the backround music is Rad ... I LOVE BBQ WEB!!!

  • i feel fat just watching people cook ribbs but it does look rather good :p

  • -has a seizure-

  • Very good method to cook up them ribs. I have noticed if you cook them style of ribs right up on the grill they tend to lean to the ruff side of eatin.

As you said or can be eatin them with a knife and fork.

I have cooked these ribs kinda like you did except the difference is I didn't ad beer or onion and I open a jar of picante sauce and added to the spicy you can handle..

  • Oh god... Living in the UK is depressing after watching these videos! I really could do with some BBQ ribs and some Mountain Dew right now!

  • I bet that food is healthy!

  • I can do the country right over the flame and still have them come out that tender. The trick is to cook them half way with dry rub over the flame then rap them in tin foil! still get a good smoke ring and end up nice and tender.... mmmmm good!

  • This guy's voice is epic.

  • @artboacool hahahah yes it is xD how he sais "man.... thats good!!" sounds more like MA! thats GOO!!

  • @artboacool this is what happens when u eat lots n lots of bbq...which im trying but ive a long journey to become like him. BBQ is the best thing ever...

  • swallowed 1 gallon of saliva before this video is over.

  • no i cant smell that why must you tease..

  • SEE THE RATINGS LINE UP TOP I BETCHA THE RED LINE IS ALL THE WEIRDO VEGETARIANS ,YOUV'E GOT TO BE MAD NOT TO EAT MEAT LIKE THE SPIT BOYS MAKE IT .TOP JOB

  • If i dont put the foil i will get a better smoke taste alright?

  • Now this is what I call something classic..... I can wait to make it

  • im a 2 time cancer patient doing chemo in the hospital n im 21...my llove was to bbq before, but doing chemo gives me mouth sores to were i cant eat for weeks...so i watch food network and bbq vids on youtube.....THIS LOOOOKS YYYYYUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMYYYYYY

  • @Rippa08

    get well soon

  • kinda shocked that there basically boiled chops?!?!?! sure they taste guuud though!

  • @BuoyzToyz ....this cut is meaty so grilling directly over fire is not recommended -unless you like eating your rib chop with a knife and fork! This slow simmer method helps tenderize the meat and of course adds a ton of flavor using your fav bbq sauce.

  • @BarbecueWeb BAR B Q sauce on the ribs & hot coal's if not watch the sugar in it will burn the hell out of the ribs quick.

  • @BuoyzToyz this is one of my favorite meals now, try it! my wife loved it.

  • @grillinIstheLife goin to cook this up dont you worry.. your comment reminded me!! thanks!

  • @BuoyzToyz good luck bud!

  • @BuoyzToyz A lot of your average restuarants boiling full slabs in barbeque, water, and hickory Smoke flavoring and then grill them after words. It does taste GUUUD!

  • @xXxUniversexXx .I doubt that you'll notice any taste since its only purpose is to further sweeten the ribs. Now, if you use a wheat or stout brew then expect to taste the flavoring..!

  • @BarbecueWeb Is there a possible substitute for beer that will have the same effect?

  • Stans dad would be like yeah FUCK YEAH!

  • How mich is all dat together in Dollars?
