@net4saleem the point that hijab includes face is controversial, not all islamic scholars confirmed that the face must be covered, if u believe in this u r free.
but it doesn't mean other women who don't cover their faces sin,
because god says different opinions of scholars is a mercy, and everyone to follow his heart, personally i don't believe Islam said niqab is a must, because niqab erases someone's identity, and character.
it's very hard to communicate with someone wearing it

15 - إذا كان مبعث الأصواتس هو الإنسان ، فإنّ هذا الصّوت إمّا أن يكون غير موزونٍ ولا مطربٍ ، أو يكون مطرباً . فإن كان الصّوت غير مطربٍ ، فإمّا أن يكون صوت رجلٍ أو صوت امرأةٍ ، فإن كان صوت رجلٍ : فلا قائل بتحريم استماعه .
أمّا إن كان صوت امرأةٍ ، فإن كان السّامع يتلذّذ به ، أو خاف على نفسه فتنةً حرم عليه استماعه ، وإلاّ فلا يحرم ، ويحمل استماع الصّحابة رضوان الله عليهم أصوات النّساء حين محادثتهنّ على هذا ، وليس للمرأة ترخيم الصّوت وتنغيمه وتليينه ، لما فيه من إثارة الفتنة

لقوله تعالى { فلا تخضعن بالقول فيطمع الّذي في قلبه مرضٌ } اختلف العلماء في صوت المرأة فقال بعضهم إنه ليس بعورة، لأن نساء النبي كن يروين الأخبار للرجال، وقال بعضهم إن صوتها عورة، وهي منهية عن رفعه بالكلام بحيث يسمع ذلك الأجانب إذا كان صوتها أقرب إلى الفتنة من صوت خلخالها، وقد قَالَ اللَّه تَعَالى : {ولا يضربن بأرجلهن ليعلم ما يخفين من زينتهن} فقد نهى اللَّه تَعَالى عن استماع صوت خلخالها لأنه يدل على زينتها فحرمة رفع صوتها أولى
من ذلك ولذلك كره الفقهاء أذان المرأة لانه يحتاج رفع صوتها
