The Afghans were opposed to the Dutch troops leaving. But we only have a small military with financial problems. We can no longer afford such missions. The military budget should be increased drasticly so our military can recover and is able to do future missions. Because of budget shortages about a third of all equipment is not working. With the F-16's its even two third (the rest is kept flying with parts from the grounded onces). That is how politicians thank our troops: with budget cuts!

Leopard 2A6 heeft een aardige Fear-factor, het is een lage tank, is enorm accuraat en snel.
kijk maar naar de Tiger uit WWII..
netzoals de A-10 Warthog, het heeft een fear-factor die onbekend is. Als je dat ding ziet vliegen weet je dat je al dood bent.

Ive been watching sum both dutch and american military vids on youtube (Im duthc my partenr is American) and I just dont get why theres always so much bitching going on (yeah I said bitching!!)
Especially on this vid its for all our troops. we''re allies and everybody did good and everybody made mistakes!! (yes the dutch did too)!
Lets just support our troops Dutch, American or any other country thats helping over there

@xstefanx1 We hebben sinds de jaren '90 geen tanks gebruikt, wel ingezet, maar ze waren niet nodig.
We hebben ze eigenlijk nooit nodig.. we zijn beter met de luchtmacht en de marine, en we hebben onze vrienden die grootste werk op de grond doen.. De tanks die we hebben, zullen heus niet de grote landen kunnen weerhouden.

my uncle whas in afghanistan for 4 months everyday when i woke up i prayed for him and the others, i did the same everynight, everytime when i heard on the news that some 1 whas dead i prayed it whas not my uncle, even if i am not there in afghanistan, im trying to say that it does not hurt for the people there, but people all over the world.

Maybe the US armed forces can learn a thing or two from the Dutch armed forces concerning restraint and professionalism.
I am just sick of hearing/reading/seeing so much "Accidental" civilian killings by US forces. The USA was my hero and I loved it. But after this shit, after Iraq and Afghan- No more.

Google Dutch Civilian Deaths and read all the stories about Dutch troops killing civilians. No matter how hard you try you can't avoid it. So before you talk shit, maybe you should learn what you're talking about.
Of course the US has caused civilian casualties, it's really fucking hard not to have any. Even the "professionalism and restraint" of your Dutch troops couldn't stop them. Not to mention the fact that you guys barely had any troops in there to begin with.

I just gave reasons. Where do you think most terrorists come from? All those Iraq countries, Turkey. Leader of terrorists: Osama and Saddam. US and rest of the world has suffered so many casualties when just a single nuke on that country would solve everything.

The Afghans were opposed to the Dutch troops leaving. But we only have a small military with financial problems. We can no longer afford such missions. The military budget should be increased drasticly so our military can recover and is able to do future missions. Because of budget shortages about a third of all equipment is not working. With the F-16's its even two third (the rest is kept flying with parts from the grounded onces). That is how politicians thank our troops: with budget cuts!

The ISAF cant win this war because the Taliban is invisible, you dont know who the taliban is, it could be a farmer on the fields or a guy on the street!
