this may be going back to 1997-98, but does anyone remember the name of the mod that had 3 trip mines? It had a green, red and white trip mine. I cant remember what the first two colors did, but the white one was a nuke that cleared a huge amount of the level.

I liked Quake 1 better b/c of the demons over the cyborgs

but Quake 2 is still one of the top 5 games of all time!

New games just dont have the same elements like the old classics have.

this game had the most bad ass music in gaming history. the gun and enemy sounds were also great.  I also loved the berserkers... screaming TRESPASSA!!! then run at you with their giant spike arm and swipe as hard as they could. So much they would lift a bit off the ground and that mechanical arm swiped sounded so cool.

This Q2 has fantastic movement and smooth graphics. Was great time playing it!

Here, I was playing MW 2 today and completed it.

MW 2, overwhelming.

THIS was a great FPS. Developers needs to remember the classics and take what was good from them. Screw Halo and Unreal Tournament. This is where it was at. Grainy, dark, and scary with great music is what games miss these days. Not airy shitty music made by coldplay!

Some of the new FPS they have are ok, like TF2 and the Half Life 2 series... but this is where it was really at. Gritty, dark, fast and awesome. Of all the games in the world THIS ONE deserves a remake the most.

I've being at this game again, it came with Quake4 on the 360. It has spilt screen co-op+deathmatch. Shame it did'nt come with any mods or convertions, or Eraser bots with C.T.F.:(
