If you never heared Death before (Or at least this song, because the vast majority of people don't like metal vocals), you can't say you listened to music.
Death will NEVER EVER fucking die... For reasons such as this masterpiece right here. They continue to influence bands, and have certainly influenced me a helluva lot. May Chuck Schuldiner live forever in the hearts and minds of every aspiring metal musician such as myself. Rest in peace Chuck... I hope your still writing these tasty licks, wherever you may be.
Chuck removed the inverted cross so people would stop slamming him as Satanist. In fact, Chuck worked against metalhead stereotypes and held discontent with those bands that fit the stereotypes.
fuck !!! about time someone plays it right damn it ive checked about 5 videos and they were SHIT awesome job dude :) 5/5 !!! and what effect did u use ?
umm... can you say me please which equipment you play? I think guitar, amp, or effects if you using some. Because I think your sound is very similar to Death's ... thanks a lot
It was made by a Korg AX1500G effect, line in to the computer, there wasn't any amp. The guitar was a novice Washburn Lyon Stratocaster copy, but the reason why it's similar (to a certain extent) to Chuck's sound is the Dimarzio X2N pickup. Now I have a custom made Explorer with X2N in it, that's very crushing:))
The guitar what I used to record it had only 21 frets:D But I don't have it anymore.. I know it sounds much more better in the 24st fret, but i coldn't do it:)
And thank you so much for the comments everybody!! I hope that Chuck have heard it too... He was the greatest...
XCELLENT!! FOr the people:This year is or was the 20 years anniversary of DEATH's SCREAM BLOODY GORE (1987-2007) put one of the first Death Metal steps (or the first) 2007 is DEATH's year! keep the flame of DEATH alive buy the record or just celebrate! cult of DEATH! "Evil" Chuck Schuldiner R.I.P. \m/ LEGACY OF DEATH!!!
Now I have totally distinct equippment, that I had when I recorded it, but It was made by a "Lyon by Washburn" novice guitar, and a Korg AX1500G line in:)
