Hey. At first this program worked just fine. Then i started it all over when i failed. I imported the video and sound files again etc. Now it doesnt show the video. i can only hear the sound. It works fine on the preview phase, but after importing the file it wont show the video. Also the sound quality was horrible all the time. It lagged or something. It just sounded horrible. I can watch the video with a dvd player perfectly. The file is 120mb big and its .mp4 format.
This tutorials are a lot better than the first ones. In those ones people would get lost because of how fast you speak. Seriously dude, congratulations and thanks for this tutorials, they are pretty cool :D
I'm very frustrated right now. It cuts ALL my videos to 1 second long and then replaces it with a black screen and just continues to play the audio. How do I fix this????
Why doesnt this program simply do the import chosen files and put it in bin with thumbnail all in 1 click? And why does the choose button file name import and a start button do the real import?
Really appreciate the effort and making it free. But certain things are meant to be simple and obvious as it looks. But getting around this has frustrated me to the core even after watching the tuts. Things like being able to change speed not as a property of a clip, but of the track is kinda weird.
Hello i used camstudio, too. Had the same problem as Palawusa (flickering in preview) and its flickering not of bad grafix card. it seems the converting have a problem.
does anybody can help ? is there a better programm to record screen (better or functional than camstudio ??)
I use 10.0.4 version of Lightworks and adding effects looks different. How can I set up numbers of frames for effect? Each effect affect whole video... what's more I don't see it on timeline

My videos are flickering in the preview. I use the Matrox MPEG2 - I frame codec
with CamStudio and a resolution of 720 x 480.
(I already tried it with 1280x720 and the matrox mpeg2 - i frame HD codec)
what shoud i do?
