What do you add to the water and diesel to break down the water molecules. Looking to use this as a fuel in the volatilized state to observe combustion reactions when added to a propane-air combustion process. Could alcohol be added, the same stuff you put in a gas tank if water is present?

Doesn't alcohol do this, too? Isopropyl is pretty cheap, and it's flammable.

STOP trying to make money on this just make it public !!!! we can reduce a polution by half and fuel consumption !!!!! any way for those whos trying to mix water with fuel please try any surfacer that is available in chemical supllyer !!! i use rokanol lk3 and it works great just 3 percent by weight is enought to make an emulsion !!!!! no corrosion even after 2 weeks !!!! very small diferent with power !!!! cheers from poland wojsciech
