Here is the second recording of the same dialog. We wanted to mention some singing & saxophone playing! Indirect questions were an issue, but then they're also a not-so-unusual mistake among native speakers. The word "local" -- related with "international, national, local" -- was successfully avoided! because George meant "premises", some physical place.
